Phoned Richer Sounds Maidstone to ask for advice on TV replacement as my old one was failing ( display gone blue ). I spoke with Joe who kindly advised me on options in my price bracket. I purchased a UK produced Cello 55 inch TV based on his advice. Although not a normal mainstream brand this TV is excellent for my needs and has a 7 year guarantee and is UK produced. So good advice and good product.

Sam got back to me in few minutes with all the information, purchased the item over the phone, collected in couple of hours

I would just like to say how great my experience was when buying my new Sony Bravia 7 TV from Ben at the Maidstone branch. His friendly, no-quibble service was exemplary, checking & agreeing a price match to a much lower clearance price I had found elsewhere. Plus, there is Richer Sounds' brilliant 6 year warranty. Ben also arranged an immediate replacement when the first TV arrived with an issue with its anti-glare screen coating. Within days they had collected and replaced it and I'm loving my new TV. I cannot recommend Richer Sounds highly enough.

I bought an amplifier online which I needed to subsequently needed to exchange for an alternative that better met my needs. Staff were most helpful in advising on the alternative and making the exchange as smooth and problem free as possible.
