I can't speak highly enough of Richer Sounds.
I had a limited budget when bying my cd player. Not for one moment did I feel pressurised to spend above my budget. Indeed every effort was made to find me the best player to meet my needs. Thank-you Levi.
As the situation developed I had to return to the shop and it became apparent I needed new speakers.
Again I was given 5 star treatment to ensure I had wonderful sound without breaking the bank. This time it was Richard who gave me so much expert guidance.
He also arranged for Mark to come to my home to install the speakers. I was in the shop on the Monday, by Wednesday my system was up and running and totally wonderful.
I will never forget the kindness of Levi, Richard and Mark. So uplifting and life affirming during our present troubled times.

Turntable Purchase
I recently visited Richer Sounds Leicester with a view to purchase a new turntable and sound system. Jason was fantastic, he was very friendly, able to talk me through all of my options and explained everything perfectly. I am bowled away by the quality of my new audio technica turntable and my records sound fantastic on it. Big thanks to the guys at Richer Sounds for all your help - very highly recommended.
