Richer Sounds - Leicester Omdömen

Leicester Superb! Excellent customer care, excellent product knowledge, superb experience. Just a shame the parking outside is so dreadful. Such a superb shop and experience. Thoroughly recommend you go see them. Thank you

Team were superb - product knowledge and customer service was fantastic. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Staff extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

Staff great. Good deal. Happy.

Whenever I'm upgrading my hifi, I usually end up at Richer Sounds. Great deal on an amp I'd been looking at. So a phone call later I was provided with expert reassurance about the amp spec and my speakers. Infact the store has my purchase history over 20 years! Always a pleasure with anyone who's on desk. Richard was great, just as he was 4 years ago haha.
Oh, and the JBL ma 510...that's just superb. Recommended

I have always shopped with Richer Sounds either online or with my local branch in Leicester and they have always been impeccable but I must say that even this time they went above and beyond. A huge huge huge shout out to Levi who has been phenomenal providing expert advice and perfect customer service- absolutely outstanding!! The Leicester have been fantastic from start to finish!!

Really knowledgeable help from James when choosing our TV. So nice to have a welcoming expert on hand and no hard sell. Definitely recommend.

A great music system and you know what your talking about

As ever their advice was spot on. Thanks for all your help.

I was taken aback by the quality of customer service. I received professional and honest advice to ensure I left with the best products for my needs.
Did I mention the staff were friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable?

Rang to check stock was available for Sonos kit I was after in Leicester store. Stock was reserved for me and when I arrived to collect Levi was incredibly helpful, offered excellent advice regarding my choices along with an additional instore purchase of some Senheisser headphones! He even assisted with carrying the items out to my vehicle. Brilliant service and great to still have a store on the high street. Have used Richer sounds for years and this is exactly the reason why!

Very helpful staff fast delivery and quality items

excellent service and a great range of products

LG 48" OLED TV, ordered online for collection from RS in Leicester. Excellent TV, at the best price, and with the RS six year guarantee.
Collection was very straightforward, and thanks to Levi for carrying the box out to my car for me. I hadn't expected that, but greatly appreciated it.
My second time of dealing with the shop in Leicester, but no doubt not the last. I've never had anything but excellent service from all of the different branches that I've used.

Easy to order. Next day delivery and good price with 6 year guarantee. What's not to like. Delivery was on time. Helpful staff who gave good info on the television I purchased. Ordered over the phone.

I ordered my streaming device after a very useful conversation about options at the Leicester branch. It arrived quickly and safely, and, so far, I am very pleased with it.

Very helpful staff, purchased exactly was i required and at a very good price

This is the best TV store in Leicester! Every staff member I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable. I asked every possible technical question I could think of before buying and every time I was provided an honest detaied answer. The patience and care they have to ensure each customer is happy is something I have never experienced anywhere else.

I have been buying from here for years and will always be loyal to a company with this level of service and knowledge in what they're selling. I highly highly recommend. Best in the business.

I have been buying from RS since 1982,first in Nottingham and then in Leicester. Today was my latest visit and as usual was very rewarding. Levi served me and I was very pleased to meet him.He was helpful and professional with an engaging manner. Many thanks once again.
