Richer Sounds - Exeter Omdömen 

First and foremost, we knew very little about hifi tech until we met Nick. Now we know a little bit more, our visit to Exeter Richer Sounds was very informative. What we installed at home was a super hifi system with everything we needed to start our journey into real sound and real enjoyable music. Thank you again Nick, you made our visit well worth while. We turned up not really knowing what we wanted and Steve was able to help us navigate the variety of choice available to us to come to a nice choice of system. Good experince.

I had an idea of what i wanted and after a long chat with Pete I made my choice....speakers and amp delivered. Speakers run in and all is fabulous.

Wonderful customer service. It began with a telephone call to ask about parking as bringing 98 year old with us and didn’t want her to walk too far. Very pleased to hear about on site parking. The service in store was very professional, no hard sell and genuine interest in helping us decide. On collection day we arrived before opening time but we were invited in regardless, happy helpful staff. The TV was carried to the car for us too. Email contact was excellent and an altogether very easy and joined up experience.

I've been using Richer sounds since 2002 when we bought a new hifi system for a new house. I've been back many times, most recently for a replacement turntable for the one that, sadly, died after 43 years of use! Thanks, Richer Sounds, for all the help and advice!

We knew we wanted a particular Tv; it was available at John Lewis with 5year guarantee & at Richer Sounds with a 6year guarantee so we chose the latter.
We paid £10 extra for next day delivery. Delivery was well organised with good communication & the Tv was taken up to the first floor living room without any quibble.
Our son set up the Tv for us, although this is a service, paying, offered by Richer Sounds. We decided that the sound bar we’d ordered was not necessary so took it back to the shop, immediately refunded, pleasant service.

Always get great products at great prices from Richer Sounds….. good reliable staff that know the products.

Called in to buy a lead to connect my turntable to my Technics Streamer/CD and some decent speaker cable and the guys were extremely knowledgeable & helpful.
Highly recommend this Exeter store.

Although short-staffed due to illness I was given time explaining what I was looking for and at no stage felt rushed or pressured and was given sound advice on the options available.

I chose to use a shop rather than just online to support businesses in my area. I was met by Steve, who was available in just the right way, not an overbearing presence, but clearly on hand for questions. After looking at some tv’s I had already researched I asked for help and opinions. An extensive conversation followed and balanced view was presented clearly backed up by knowledge and experience of both products and customers including explaining, after I queried a better deal than online, that there are extra’s available in store that are not online. I left the store to think about it. After 4 days I called Steve. He remembered me and the deal was done remotely. The product was delivered efficiently and is great.
In summary an excellent retail experience.

We’re very pleased with our new audio equipment. The chance to try out options in the demonstration room made all the difference as we ended up with completely different options to where we started. Staff were friendly and helpful and delivery was very quick and easy.
