Absolutely spot on. A really friendly bloke who carried the television all the way into the house. Gareth was an absolute legend.

We were kept informed throughout by Zak and Ian, and they duly arrived on time. They were pleasant and helpful, and we were very happy with the service.

Richer Sounds have provided a seamless experience from order to delivery. Great communication and especially the delivery team who were in touch before the delivery, delivered with attention to my property and care of the product. They provided a very personal experience for me as the customer. 10/10 for the whole experience.

Ordering the new TV for the In Laws who are both in there 80`s was easy and a good deal from Richer Sounds, They have also given us a £30 credit as there was some confusion over the setting up of the TV we did not realise that you had to book this in advance

The delivery came in the allotted time.
The packages were in perfect condition and not dirty.
Karl and Paul rang 10 to 15 min before arrival and sent a text to allow them another 5 min due to navigation leading to a farm gate with causing them to back track a couple of miles.
This didn’t cause any problem to me.
The items were brought into the house with care and Karl was extremely polite, taking the trouble to remove his footwear to avoid marking the cream carpet.
Clearly staff who enjoy and take pride in what they do.

Delivery was easy as it should be. 3 hour timeslot the day before, 2 hour timeslot on the day and a call 20 minutes before the guys were due to arrive. Delivered to room of choice too. Definitely better than the outsourced company that was used for my soundbar delivery
