Helpful (and patient) advice and service when buying two televisions in store

Excellent service, didn’t feel pressured into purchasing all my questions answered clearly after making known my modern technology knowledge not my strong point.

I purchased a TV from Richer Sounds four years ago which stopped working last week, I contacted the service number who then looked into the problem, a couple of days later they reported that the parts were no longer available, after a bit of negotiation I was given a credit under the warranty to purchase a new TV which I was happy with, subsequently I looked at the current TVs available and decided to upgrade on the previous TV. I found an "open box" offer, plus my VIP discount, plus my vouchers, an upgrade which would have cost a lot more than it could have done, plus the bonus of dealing with Mandy and her colleague in the Cheltenham store who even helped load the car with a very big box.

A great experience because Luke clearly knows his stuff and was extremely helpful, explaining all the features of the equipment I was looking for. I definitely recommend using Richer Sounds Cheltenham!

Lovely staff, they do everything they can

I was looking to replace my ageing TV (12 years old) and wanted the same make (Panasonic). I had a couple of problems trying to complete the purchase on line, so then contact the Richer Sounds phone line team, who were very helpful. The team that delivered my new TV were great and made the delivery process a breeze. Thank you.

Bought 2 TV,s used the experience room in Cheltenham shop, which led us to realise we could go with bigger TV's.

Couldn’t be happier with the service at richer sounds, arrived at the store at 4.30ish, by 4.0 pm the next day my hi fi arrived, all worked well, better than well in fact . Got to recommend the musical fidelity b1xi amp, serious bit of kit! Buy it!!!
