I’m giving 5 stars to Razvan, he was the engineer who attended and fixed the issue. Not only was he thorough but his character and communication can’t be commended enough. He’s an asset to this company, especially when considering previous engineer visits where nothing was resolved and the attitude was woeful.

The engineer was very professional…
The engineer was very professional clean and smart. He had food knowledge and advice. He sorted out the problem with the fridge and freezer was tidy and left everything clean. Great service thank you to the engineer for a great job.

Saved me hassle
The technician who visited was very well prepared with the right parts, made the switch over and left the place clean and tidy. What a star! This repair service saved me the hassle of having to measure up and figure out how to replace a broken induction hob.

I reported a fault on my Zanussi washer…
I reported a fault on my Zanussi washer dryer on Friday and by Tuesday it was repaired - Nick the engineer did a superb job - he was knowledgeable m, polite and left my kitchen clean and tidy exactly how he’d found it. Excellent!

Had to wait a few days before engineer could visit. Not ideal but had no choice.
Glad weather was good we had BBQ!
Adam arrived within the time span

The engineer knew exactly what the problem was and after a quick check got to work on replacing the faulty part. In little over 30 mins the cooker was fixed and back in service.

Its worth actually persevering to get to speak to a person!
After having spent around an hour trying to communicate with online chat, I gave up. I must admit my first attempt in getting assistance was basically a disaster using AEG online chat. I explained several times why I needed help, myself having just come out of hospital and unable to do anything, and my Mother being 94.. we needed a little understanding and help.. (basically I kept asking for an engineer..) this did not work, and gave up and telephoned the next day determined to speak to someone..this worked. The person was helpful and got me an engineer out.. The engineer was lovely, and although given the wrong details about the product, so had to return with the correct part.. which he happily did one week later.. he was great! product fixed perfectly!! He was very polite, clean and tidy and quick. Well done finally AEG!
