Excellent service
Very friendly guy. Turned up and replaced a controller for an AEG hob. Very proficient work and now the hob seems to be working correctly again.

OK but took two different visits to…
OK but took two different visits to repair. First chap was lovely but the result was needing another call out to fix the oven. Second time lucky and so far so good... which is why I left it til now to review.

Proper love for my appliance!
Your engineer (I'm so sorry I forgot his name!!!) was absolutely incredible!
Originally arrived on Tuesday 19th, assessed the issues with the dishwasher and recognised that there was a few additional issues with my dishwasher. He confirmed he didn't want to make a repaid to what he could currently and would rather order all the parts needed for a full repair and come back at a later date. Informed me of the errors he noticed and recommended a full repair. Perfect with me. Re-arranged for today (Friday 22nd). Got a SMS and email confirming a time period. Got a call just before 12pm confirming he was on his way and would be about 10 mins.
Punctual and arrived with smiles. Explained what he was going to do and I left him to it.
Made the repairs and when finished called me over, showed me the repairs and confirmed what he done, including adjusting to the hard water where I live.
Showed me a few extra tips about salt and rinseaid to make sure the life of the dishwasher is extended as much as.
Top top service and solutions and left with me feeling satisfied and knowing that the job was done well.

Prepared and efficient

The engineer was very knowledgeable…
The engineer was very knowledgeable about the freezer and he was very helpful about the rest of my AEG applicants, fingers crossed he has fixed it, as it needed re- Gasing and the freezer is only 5 weeks old
