Very good customer service…
The appointment could only take place on certain days of the week. The customer service lady (Michelle) was very helpful. Telephone numbers had to be amended and the engineer updated with the new information. I was updated with the time of the appointment. The engineer turned up on time and fixed the problem straightaway
