I have rented cars all over the world. I have never, in my life, encountered anything close to this level of incompetence, dishonesty, and utter disregard for customer safety. This company is not just bad — it is dangerously bad.

Let me start with the seatbelt. The first car they delivered had no functioning seatbelt in the rear. I was travelling with three children, including a 3-month-old baby. Not only is this illegal under Spanish law, it is an appalling risk to put any family in. When I called to report it, rather than apologising and bringing a replacement car to me — despite the fact I had paid for delivery — they told me to drive to their office. When I pointed out this was in the opposite direction, the woman on the phone insisted it was "on the way." I know this area. I used Google Maps. It was not on the way. She knew it wasn't on the way. She lied, brazenly and without hesitation, to a customer with a 3-month-old baby in the car.

The replacement car they gave us was no better. The boot didn't lock — so our belongings were unsecured for the entire rental. Every single door seal was broken and needed replacing. The washer fluid cap was missing, making it impossible to safely top up. The engine had repeated starting problems. When I raised the engine issue I was told, with a straight face, that it was "normal on these cars." When I raised the boot not locking, I received no response whatsoever. Not even an acknowledgement.

At no point — not once, across this entire nightmare — did anyone apologise. Not for the illegal car. Not for making me drive in the wrong direction with a baby. Not for any of it.

When I later tried to extend the rental and raised everything that had gone wrong, they charged me for the fuel I had used driving to their office to collect the replacement for the dangerous car they gave me in the first place. The audacity is genuinely breathtaking.

And then there were the outright lies. Staff pretending not to know who I was when I called. Claiming to have no knowledge of the vehicle damage. A woman who could look me in the eye — or rather, speak to me on the phone — and say things she knew to be completely false, without a flicker of shame.

I returned the car on 30th March. It is now almost a month later and they are withholding my €100 deposit. Calls ignored. Messages ignored. Complete silence.

This company gave a family with a 3-month-old baby an illegal, unsafe vehicle, lied to us repeatedly, charged us for the privilege of collecting their broken replacement, never once said sorry, and are now stealing a deposit they have absolutely no right to keep.

I have filed a formal complaint with the Spanish consumer protection authority and raised a chargeback with my bank. I will be posting this review on every platform I can find.

Stay away. Seriously. Whatever price they're offering, it is not worth it.

This is the worst car rental company. We weren’t demanding at all—we just wanted a car to use during our 7-day vacation. They brought us an old car, damaged on all sides, but that didn’t bother us. All we wanted was for it to work. Unfortunately, after 90 km, the gearbox failed.
Then the nightmare began. First they said they would give us another car, then they said they wouldn’t anymore. They claimed it was our fault, that the car was fine and had been checked. I wonder how they checked the gearbox?
In the end, they didn’t give us another car and didn’t refund our money either. We had to rent from another company. We tried to go to their office, but their address is in an empty field near the airport.
I absolutely do not recommend renting cars from them unless you want to lose your money and ruin your holiday. They don’t deserve even one star.

After booking with extra price to get no deposit, no fuel tax etc. collecting the car they still ask to deposit money :))

Absolute scammers, they do not refund deposits as promised and lie to say that you have received tickets which is completely false. No contract received, The Car was an absolutely banger. Ni response to what’s app and emails. They charge just under £100 for the deposit, so unable to recall on the credit card. Avoid at all cost!

I hired a car from this company at Malaga Airport in October 2025. From my very first contact with them they couldn't have been more helpful or professional.. I only confirmed the booking 2 days before arrival. The hire rate was extremely competitive and straight forward.. As soon as I collected my luggage in Malaga I received a phone call from "Carlos" ( their Airport guy) who confirmed he was right outside arrivals as agreed. He had a full procedure he went through in the pass over of the car.. photos of the return airport garage, breakdown assistance phone numbers etc.. We needn't have worried.. everything was perfect and absolutely no problems.. 11 days later I returned the car to the agreed garage and took the photos of the car's location, the key and the fuel gauge..
I had a small issue when I got home and the company rep could not have been more helpful, attentive and professional.. They were fantastic.. I would highly recommend this company and will use them any time I'm in Spain..

Avoid this company of scammers. The car they provided was a relic , filthy inside - steering wheel looked like dog had been chewing it. Clocked over 150000km and drove worst. Paid 154€ for 8 day rental and then they took further €100 day of pickup which they still haven't returned - they have no official office drop offs and pickup at public carparks airport etc.They address is old garage in Benalmadena according to maps? I believe they also trade as Allinclusivecarhire - avoid unless you want a overpriced banger and a non returnable deposit...the €254 total taken probably value of car...😐 Ps all of a sudden WhatsApp, email etc not answered once cash taken and car back.....AVOID at all costs

I also sent two emails to address given requesting explanation - neither answered...

The worst car rental company ever.
I rented a car from them for three days. I paid €320 plus a €100 deposit. On the first day, after less than 100 kilometers, the car broke down — the clutch failed. To get a replacement car, they asked for another €500 deposit. In the end, I found another company and rented a car from them instead.

After three months, I still hadn’t received any response from them — they kept saying the car was in the repair shop and they were waiting for the mechanic’s report. Eventually, they finally answered the phone and blamed me for the breakdown. I’ve been driving for 27 years, so I think I have some experience… it’s absurd.

I don’t recommend this company to anyone — unless you want to lose your money and ruin your vacation.

Heb daar een auto gehuurd borg van 275€ heb ik achteraf de auto weg gezet met een halve tank wel. Kreeg maar 35€ terug gestort gewoon weg belachelijk ik zal bij hun nooit meer huren ga liever met de bus

I have a booking confirmation which clearly states "Unlimited Kilometers" &"All inclusive price, No Excess, No deposit" BUT
(1) at the airport, they told me that I had a limit of 50kms per day & would pay for each km over that
(2) they said they require a €100 deposit for fuel (even though the tank was less than 1/4 full)
(3) they actually took a deposit of €300 from my card
I specifically paid extra for an 'all inclusive' hire & I find this quite deceitful

Look at their website - "AllInCarhire.com" - it specifically states "All Included", "Full Insurance", & "Unlimited Mileage" - very prominent, in very large type.

At collection, they then informed me that there was a mileage limit of 50kms per day (even though it was stated as 100kms/day on the form I had to sign)

On the form I had to sign, it stated that they would take a pre-authorisation of €100 for fuel (fair enough, eventhough the tank was less than 1/4 full). I have a copy of this form clearly stating the pre-authorisation of €100 - they actually took €300 !!!

The company are now requesting further details to accept this review but I have no way of submitting copies of the documentation I have

Leveren auto’s zonder brandstof, zelfs de lampjes branden al. Ook had de auto een platte band, gewoon gaan oppompen zeiden ze! Auto was vol blutsen. Auto is stuk gegaan op onze 4 de dag, nu zeggen ze dat het onze schuld is. En geven onze waarborg niet terug!

mijn stiefvader heeft geld helemaal niet terug terwijl de huur termijn eerder afliep omdat de auto kapot ging waar niemand wat aan kon doen koppelinggebroken maar kregen wel de schuld dus weg auto en weg geld zijn oplichters huur hier nooit

This company’s operation is based on fraud and misinformation. Their office is an abandoned garage and their activity to answer ends after You sign the contract, which they don’t show You before signing.
Cars are over 10 years old crap and not in condition for any kind of rental. They charge deposits, and do not refund them. AVOID IN ANY CASE.

DO NOT USE this car hire company !!!!! We hire in Spain often and these are proper cowboys !! The cars are very old , beaten up and are dangerous!!!!! They take more money from you & are complete scammers !!
They also go by another name which is ‘Allinclusive carhireMalaga’
There is barely enough petrol in the car to get you got a petrol station , luckily we knew where one was but if you are not familiar with the area then you will be stranded !
We will never ever use these again , an awful terrible experience!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

They take 100EUR as a deposit for a car and they have not returned it back! When trying to contact them - they are not responding at all anymore. They don't pick up the phone neither give any response on WhatsUp.
Deposit is for petrol, i filled tank up but they keep deposit.

WATCH OUT!!! Keep away from this company. They are stealing money and credit card details!!! Even though it is mentioned that there is no deposit for a car - it is not true. They take 100EUR as a deposit for a car and they have not returned it back! When trying to contact them - they are not responding at all anymore. They don't pick up the phone neither give any response on WhatsUp. STAY AWAY! At the time when the car is picked up - they request from you credit card details together with CVV code and store it somewhere in their own system.

On their website, they have pictures of nice cars, but what you get are damaged cars that look like they come straight from the scrapyard. I rented a station wagon from the website but received an old 7-seater Dacia with barely acceptable tires. It is not clear that insurance for tires and windshields is mandatory, which costs 40 euros per week, even though the website states that insurance is included. We landed in Malaga in the evening, and our flight was delayed. I informed them before we took off from Stockholm, but they still charged 30 euros for the delay as if it were my fault the flight was delayed. The car we received was, as mentioned, scratched everywhere. We received the car without fuel, almost empty. The first we had to do was to fuel up. When we finally left and turned on the AC, it felt like we were in a helicopter, it was incredibly loud. While driving on the highway in Malaga at night, the headlights suddenly went out, leaving us in complete darkness with three children in the car.

I called the next day to complain, and they apologized and agreed to replace the car. The following day they delivered an identical car but in a different color, equally damaged and wrecked. The replacement car, like the previous one, was delivered with an empty tank. The car I returned had more than half a tank of fuel, and they promised to make a refund for the fuel, 30 Euros.

After about two days of use, the second car stopped working. It wouldn't start. I called and spoke to them, and explained everything and they claimed I had left a light on. The car wouldn't start, the starter motor worked, but the engine wouldn't startup. This problem persisted for three days until I got fed up and called again. We agreed to swap the car for another one, and I was clear that I did not want another Dacia or a damaged car. They promise to switch to a smaller car and that I had to go to Malaga Airport to exchange the car

So, we went to exchange the car, and believe it or not, we got an even worse, identical Dacia, this time black without a Dacia logo at the back, thick scratched door panels, and missing rubber seals around the windows. I questioned this as it was not what we agreed upon, and they insisted they never said I would get a different car and that I must have misheard. I kept the car without swapping it a third time, and we drove away, having to push-start the car every time we used it.

After our vacation ended, we returned the car as instructed. I also returned this car with more than half a tank of fuel, because we couldn't use the car the way we planed. At the garage, I photographed the car and returned it. I informed them to refund my 30 euros for the fuel, and if they could make a refund for the fuel I put in the second car, but instead of being understanding they confirmed to only make a refund on 20 Euro claiming the car had a quarter tank when I received it, can you imagine that! The worst of all, I still have received the refund and have tried contacting them via WhatsApp as they barely answer the phone.

We were in Spain from June 11 to June 24, and today is July 21. I still have not received the refund despite their promise and confirmation of a refund of 20 euros.

I really hope this can help other to not rent a car from this company.

Firma to oszuści. Samochody są bardzo stare i zużyte, ale działają. Był to kolejny raz kiedy wypożyczaliśmy w tej firmie. Rok temu wszystko poszło gładko, w tym roku padliśmy ofiarami oszustwa. Został pobrany depozyt 100 EUR, który mimo monitów i zapewnień nigdy nie został zwrócony. Uwaga- wypożyczalnia robi zdjęcia dokumentu tożsamości i karty kredytowej. The company is a scammer. The cars are very old and worn out, but they work. This was the second time we rented from this company. Last year everything went smoothly, this year we fell victim to fraud. A deposit of EUR 100 was collected, which despite reminders and assurances was never returned! Warning: the rental company takes photos of your ID and credit card.

Firma to oszuści - wypożyczone samochody to graty, które nie nadają się do użytkowania. Nie oddają depozytu, nie odpisują na wiadomości, nie odbierają telefonów. Kontakt był dobry tylko do momentu pobrania pieniędzy z karty. Zdecydowanie odradzam
