10/10 store
Amazing customer service, wide selection of guns and parts, and pretty good shipping times all things considered. I normally don't buy internationally but I make an exception for redwolf because so far my experience has been nothing but top notch. Would absolutely recommend for anyone buying airsoft gear, regardless of where you're located.

I am not happy w/ "Dead" wolf Airsoft
I am not happy w/ "Dead" wolf Airsoft! I ordered a Glock 18C from them because they advertise the one without the orange tip on their website but when mines arrived it had an orange tip. If I'd've known that they did false advertising I would've just ordered one of the orange barrel tip versions from Amazon instead of waiting on theirs to come from Hong Kong. They need to take dwn the image on their website and put the correct one up!
Update!!!
Jan. 4, 2024
After looking online I discovered that the orange tips are easily removed w/ a pair of pliers . So I changed my 1 star to 5 stars because the actual air gun is perfect. I was just mad about the orange tip.

Hi GK, sorry about the misunderstanding. Red tips are only required in the US, Italy and Korea. For all other shipments, we are not required to attach a red tip to the gun. Unfortunately we must attach an orange tip to your pistol in order to comply with US Federal law. If we did not do that, US customs would confiscate and destroy the gun at the border. I'm sorry if this was not made more clear. We will add a note to our website to remind all US customers of this requirement. Photos are always shown without the red tips because we ship everywhere in the world (most of which does not require the red tip). Thank you for your kind understanding.

Hi Alex, thanks for your kind review. Unfortunately yes many manufacturers make items every now and then, and once they sell out, it takes a while for them to come back in stock. Such is the nature of Airsoft, especially many models that are small-production-runs.
Great Experience at RedWolf
My shopping experience almost didn't go well. I purchased a model gun made by Hartford of a Colt Paterson pistol. Redwolf canceled my order and refunded my money claiming Canada customs wouldn't let it into Canada because it doesn't fire a pellet at 360 ft per second. I reordered the gun, and took full responsibility for it's loss if seized. They shipped it, I figured since the original gun is considered an antique by Canadian law and is not regulated, the model gun should also be allowed in. It arrived into customs within three days of shipping, it sat in customs for a couple of hours, and then they released it. Thanks to RedWolf for accepting my order, gun looks great.

Thanks Martin for your understanding. Sometimes its hard to anticipate how Canadian customs will interpret the law so we always err on the safe side.
Vielen Dank!
Ich werde wieder bestellen!

These guys are incredible
These guys are incredible. After 10+ orders in the last few years I can without a doubt say they’ve never gotten my orders wrong. Everything I’ve ever ordered that was listed in stock was sent without any issues. The standard postal service has been reaching me within an average of 5-7 days. It’s been mind blowing as I’ve been ordering things from HK/China for years and nobody beats redwolf’s consistency in fast shipping but also the most accurate I’ve ever experienced. Will continue to shop for all my Airsoft needs with these guys as they’ve proven their customer loyalty and appreciation in the manner that they conduct business. And I’ve had a few orders I’ve blundered myself and they’re always quick to respond to emails if you’re fast enough to reach them before the order is put together and shipped. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

Hi Chris, what is your order number? We are terribly sorry to hear this but this does not sound like the kind of answer we would give clients because our warehouse is NOT in China (where airsoft is actually illegal). And our order confirmations are automated and should be instant. It's impossible that it would have taken 3 weeks to get a confirmation to you unless you are making a special order item. If you can give me more details about your identity or order number, I can surely help get to the bottom of this.
Great service
This is the second time I have ordered from Redwolf and I have no complaints, international shipping was no drama
