Drivers need to learn how to drive x KO24 HBJ

Have an order since June, the website said they would deliver next month and until today (2 Oct) the status is still on waiting shipment. Contacted them through instagram multiple times and they keep saying it was delayed but should be shipped soon. They have been delaying me and until recently they stoped replying to my messages.

Ordered a Trinity puffer jacket for my daughter back in December on the 21st and they kept replying that it was on its way, but it kept saying it had a stocking issue and they assured me that it would get here. I never received any tracking information from them and they stopped responding and now I’m without a jacket, I spent over $100. Now, when you try to track it, it says that the store is closed and there is no information available. Obviously this is a scam. I will be reaching out to my bank and filing a fradulant action against them and will try to get my money back.🙏 I am one angry client. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter, so she never received it😢

Ordered a month a half ago and still have not received my order. Emailed company after 1 month asking about status and tracking and was immediately sent back a vague message saying my package was on its way but no tracking or any other information. Waited another week and emailed requesting a refund. 3 days later and no reply. Made a report to the federal fraud agency and will now attempt to go through my bank to get a refund.

Hi I am also a victim of octagon puffer. Mine was since December 30 and normally its 3 to 5 days and up to now I haven’t received mine. When i tried tracking it it says order received since Dec 30 but the other details is pending because of production delays. My god. I can’t believe we were scammed :(

The worst quality training gear I’ve ever seen / anyone I know has seen. My original boxing gloves i had from there begun ripping / tearing after a few months of use, they were then unusable. They sent me a new pair & these too have ripped / torn within even less uses than the previous pair! All the padding has completely come out and I’ve had to borrow a pair until a new one I’ve bought from someone else arrives. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR EQUIPMENT FROM THIS COMPANY! The quality you get is something that you would expect to be bought from a dogey seller for less than a fiver, they charge more than more reputable brands yet have the worst equipment. They have now gone bust in Crewe, I wonder why! Now I’ve lost all the money I’ve spent and I’ve got pay more to be able to train in my own gear again. Although the shin guards & hand wraps are usable, the writing has completely rubbed off and they look tacky / cheap.

Don't believe any of the 5* reviews as I'm sure they are written by themselves.
My son has waited for 4 weeks for an item. They keep saying thanks for your patience and we will get back to you only to do nothing. They said its with the couriers but the couriers say they don't have any item. So far zero. They should be closed down. Oh and good luck with the live chat. It should be called closed chat as noone on the other end picking up info.

Great company. I wanted a training muay thai shorts and I am very pleased with them. Customer service is very good and have WhatsApp as well. Shorts arr high quality for sure. I would advise to becareful with sizing however. I'm 34 to 36 and I need it XXXL. Also I saw a lot of their sizing out of stock that would be my only comment to bring more in stocks. Delivery is fast however. I will order some more of the others if they get some in stocks.
