Excellent Airsoft Retailer
Ordered some gear from Evike and an Airsoft replica from RedWolf on the same day. RedWolf delivered my replica (to Colorado) faster than Evike could even ship a few pieces of trivial gear. RedWolf will definitely be my primary Airsoft retailer from now on.

Not the same as pictured
Took two months to get here mainly because of customs, I asked a member of the team before ordering if the gun had the correct markings like in the picture on the website and they told me "yes fully licensed with authentic markings" and when it arrived it had 6mm BB on it, not sure why they lied to me but I wont be ordering from them again

Hi Oliver, my team checked against the records and of the photos in our system prior to you ordering and indeed the markings on the guns should have been the Asia Markings without any 6mm or Airsoft Only markings. It seems like VFC changed the markings without informing us and our inventory is different than what is in our system. We really apologize about this. We checked other models of guns in our inventory and they are "Asia Markings" but for some strange reason only the model you ordered had European / US markings. If you would like to return the gun, please inform our customer service team. Again we are really sorry about this.

Reputation well deserved
Well reputated shop for many years now, it was my first experience with them even though I knew it was here since I started 15 years ago (never had a chance to order before as I'm leaving in France). Everything arrived quickly, well protected and I was lucky enough not to have custom fees and import taxes to pay (that was a plus as French customs can be a pain to deal with).

Retraction they did there best
Im gonna leave the old review so others can understand what happened originally but after a few weeks they helped me the best they could. Hopi get my new package soon.(Terrible customer service I never received my item and they just kept saying are you sure you didn't talk to your neighbors, did you call your delivery service. Yes I did and no one got it. Haven't gotten a reply to see if it will be replaced or not etc #000143109)

Hi Kenneth, I'm very sorry to hear this. What is your order number? Sometimes orders are delivered and signed for (as confirmed by UPS or FEDEX) and there are cases where the neighbors have signed for it and kept the package for the intended recipient. Of course there is also the possibility of theft if the package has been left on the front door by UPS / FEDEX. Our customer service agents ask these questions simply to eliminate all possibilities before escalating further. We're sorry if you found the line of questioning unhelpful or offensive. In your case it is highly likely UPS / FEDEX have confirmed successful delivery so I guess we're just all scratching our heads to figure out where your package went.
UPDATE: Here is the tracking on your order from USPS:
Order 24101171, 2024-02-29 17:55, 686425 customer report package not received. USPS Tracking shows 2024-02-26 13:59 LAS VEGAS, NV 89xxx, Delivered, Front Door/Porch -> Your item was delivered at the front door or porch at 1:59 pm on February 26, 2024 in LAS VEGAS, NV 89xxx.
So we've been asking if your neighbors might have picked it up. But at this point there is a high chance that somebody stole the package from your front door. Unfortunately this is a standard procedure of USPS to leave things at the front door and this is not what we wish for either due to security reasons. Our customer service team will work out a solution for you.
[UPDATE] : We hope we are able to resolve the issue with you. Stolen packages are never easy to solve but it looks like that's what happened in your case. Really sorry this had to happen to you.

Redwolf Airsoft RUINS CHRISTMAS
Redwolf Airsoft RUINS CHRISTMAS! American buyers should not purchase from this outlet. I purchased an airsoft gun for Christmas for my son. Out of the box, the gun did not work, and they asked for video/photos. Now they have ghosted me. Out $300, and they have not offered a return or to assist with the repair. They are the WORST!

at first I thought everything was fine because I ordered bbs green gas and the gun which was a glock 17 gen 5 until I found that there was no green gas in the box so I had to buy another one then after 2 weeks of shooting the gun something from the back fell out and I put it back and It cam out again then the trigger did not work then I fixed the trigger then it sounded like the gun along with the green gas was going o explode in my hand terrible DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE PLEASE

Hi Erick, we are truly sorry for what you have experienced. None of the gas pistols on our site (or most sites in the world) come with gas, and it's always sold separately. We'll make this more clear on our website to avoid similar confusion. As for the gun having problems and what you describe as exploding, what brand and power of gas did you buy? The Glock 17 Gen 5 only safely works with 12Kg Green Gas. If you purchased higher pressure gas than that, it will damage the gun. Also, if there was a problem with the trigger, please let us know next time and we can solve it for you. We checked our system and never received any emails from you at all regarding the problems you described above. So if there is anything we can do for you, please contact us at service@redwolfairsoft.com
