Awful to deal with. Had a 15.00 reward. Then got a notice that acct was suspended for 1 of 4 reasons, of which they didn't say. All were bogus. Asked them, bs answer. First they said I had multiple purchases on different cards. Duh, I and spouse use different cards for different things. Company blows. Look elsewhere. You'd think they were giving away mega bucks. rewards. Don't need aggravation

On November 28, 2024, I tried to redeem a $50.00 reward certificate for Wal-Mart. First, I never received a link for this Wal-Mart reward. I emailed ReceiptJar several times. It responded by sending me a USED CODE for an Amazon reward. I emailed again and received the same USED CODE. Lastly, they just sent me their list of FAQs regarding redeeming rewards. I will continue to fight this scam however long it takes. The level of incompetency of ReceiptJar customer service is unbelievable.

Receipt Jar App is the BEST App for scanning receipts and earning free gift cards. It’s simple and they accept virtually any receipt. On line purchases even easier. If you need to contact them for any reason. They have outstanding customer service and always a quick response. You even earn free points and get chances to shake the Receipt Jar. I recommend this App to anyone who wants to earn free gift cards
You just can’t go wrong.

November 13th 2024 I attempted to redeem my earned rewards and Until this very day I haven’t seen one red penny. I have not been rewarded, there was never an email or anything for me to receive my rewards. I emailed the rewards place where they say to email them if anything and still nothing. Now round these days up and see just how long it’s taking, I feel like I’ve been swindled, hoodwinked and bamboozled. SCAMMED

Totals are often not correct and I have to report the mistakes. $55.00 will show as $5.00. If you don't catch and report the mistakes within 7 days, they won't review and correct it. This has happened multiple times.

I had been saving my rewards for a $50 Safeway gift card—forever. I submitted my reward request, and upon reviewing the rewards available through a third party, I found that no Safeway card was available. I reached out to support, and they told me that a gift card was available. In my country, there was not. After some replies, they realized the issue and now have added the correct Gift Cards to my country. I was pleased with the support and timeliness of their reply. I now have my gift card for groceries!

Oct 28 2024. I cash in $5. They took my 1,000 points. I work hard for. They will not give me my $5. I emailed them they will not reply. I don’t think it’s right I have a pic of them taking it. It’s not right

I am mad, these people are pathetic. I redeemed in April for a $5 Amazon gift card. I just redeemed my point again 7 months later for a $5 gift card. This time they don’t give it to me and email me saying I am not using my own receipts. What???? So do I dig in the trash or I have no idea how I would obtain not my receipts. Problem is they are mine, my points, my receipts. Keep your $5 Amazon gift card. Dumb

Very disappointed in receipt jar app it took me so long to get 9500 points for a 50 gift card and then they stiffed me and didn’t ever send the gift card to my email and when I contacted them they said they were reviewing my receipts cause I had too many price chopper receipts !!! I feel like I was ripped off big time I scanned all the receipts and it took so long only to be scammed out of 50 dollars 💵??? Come on that’s really low I do not recommend this app

I had about $30 worth of points saved. Logged in one day and I was at zero! They just wiped my money out. There are other better, more trustworthy sites.

Points awarded are minimal. Rejects receipts that are acceptable. Excuses are too blurry or over 7 days when receipts are clear and same day purchase. They say 5 points up to 10.00 and 20 after $100 purchase etc but that seems to change constantly. Seems it depends on what week or something crazy like that.

What a lousy app. When I switched to a new phone, they completely wiped all the credit that I had, so I had to start from scratch again. So many receipts I have between $50-$100 get given 5 points only. When reviewing, nothing happens. They screw you over with their points. Useless app, with no real benefit.

Terrible app - do not waste your time!

After using the app for approx a year, I began experiencing issues uploading receipts. I contacted customer service and received an auto reply which was no help.

I then checked to see if I needed to update the app but it was current. I checked to be sure my iOS operating system was up to date and it was. My ISP was working fine as my other apps, laptop, and streaming services were experiencing no issues.

So, after a few more weeks of trying and hoping customer service would address the issue, I reached back out and received the same auto reply which was of zero help.

I run 4 other receipt apps with no issue. This app is pure garbage and so is their customer service!! Do NOT waste your time.

Literally will not delete my profile. I have asked them to delete my information 1 month ago and keep getting replies saying we will… still haven’t. Do not trust this sketchy company!!!

I am unable to receive points for my online Kroger and Walmart purchases. On May 7th I was connected to my Walmart account and the app. just inadvertently switched me to email and I cannot get it back to my Walmart account. I have emailed customer service and have not received any helpful assistance. The customer service is really nonexistent. I purchase a lot of things from Walmart online. I also do large grocery orders via the Kroger app. I think Receiptjar doesn't want to award points. I have Walmart online purchases on June 3rd, May 31st, May 25th, and May 8th. I also have a Target purchase from May 8th. In addition, I have a Kroger online order from May 11th.

I’ve been using it for about a year and I’ve made two redemptions for $10 the first time I tried ever seen my $20 redemption. It tells me there’s a hiccup processing my payment and doesn’t give me an explanation for why it says I should get my payment and 1 to 3 days so we shall see.

I was kicked off because of to many Lowe's receipts.I have a side business and shop there a lot They owed me five dollars and did pay .Do not scan receipt.They cheat you out of your money

I'm not fond of the fact that I can't do their surveys due to "incompatible" issues with my browser. They never told me what browser I need. And they supposedly "escalated" the issue. Other than that, they reject the odd receipt for whatever reason eg: 17/12/2023 was marked as an old receipt. Lol even though the submission date was 18th of December. It takes about a year to collect a $50 reward and it was issued with no problem

The customer service is appalling. Nobody replied to my several emails, pending receipts were never processed, and no info given why. There is no trust in the Company
