It was good. Even tho it took awhile, until I had 10 and they decided to taje my points and money

Wow! Took so long to actually get points for a reward only to log back in weeks later to a suspended account due to “inactivity”. That’s so unfair! You can’t even get it reinstated.

I’ve been with procedure for over a year now and they said my account was faulty and had suspend my account. They do not email you back and they do not communicate with you. They just deactivate your account and say you are not following their rules. Beware don’t waste your time with this app as it is a scam!!! as soon as you go to redeem for a gift card they suspend your account!!

I am so angry right now. I joined some many months ago and have submitted 100's of receipts. During that time, I never once received anything from them about my receipts. Last week, I finally reached 19,000 points and submitted my request for a gift card. Today, I received an email stating that they were suspending my account and rejecting my request. I am filing complaints with the FTC and my state's attorney general. They use our receipts but won't compensate us as promised. It might be time for a class action lawsuit.

If there was less than 1 star I would give it! After snapping my receipts for over a year, I submitted a claim for my $60 reward. It kept telling me I had to acknowledge an email that I never received. I kept emailing them, but no response. Finally I get an email today saying my account was suspended because I didn't acknowledge my email with their rules. I lost my $60 rewards.

Scanned enough receipts for a $50 voucher and then was logged out of my account. Spent ages emailing back and forth and still unable to reset my password or get into my account. Useless company and would never recommend

This is a scam. I earned enough to redeem a $100 voucher. When I tried to redeem the voucher, my account was inactivated. Do not trust.

Scammers, will not let you cash out and will not reply to emails

if I could put a negative review I would, I've been using a few receipt apps and never had a problem except for ReceiptJar. Makes me really angry because I was scanning receipts and doing a bunch of other things went to cash out on it and go to login and my account is shut down completely. I write them and they're pretty freaking rude. some nonsense about I uploaded receipts that weren't ours, but they were. This company is a scam and I can't wait until a class. Action lawsuit happens.

Absolutely BS app . Rejected my $50 voucher after spending 12 mths scanning receipts which were all valid but they said they were older than 7 days, unreadable, upside down, even though they were all accepted at the time. And then all those points i had disappeared. I am so angry .What a load of crap ! Waste of time . Avoid like the plague!!!

I was close to 19000 points, the max number of points which equals $100. I have never redeemed any points. Suddenly many of my points disappeared and now it shows my points at 10,534. Have sent them an email twice and their response was 1. do I have a picture to show what I'm talking about that can be uploaded, and 2. to tell me how many points I currently have which is almost half of what I originally had. Who takes pictures of their points on a regular basis? Didn't realize this was a scam operation and that they have so many negative reviews. DON'T DO IT

I used to use this app daily. I collected 5 to 10 dollars a month in gift cards. After turning in points for a card, I had my account closed for using "cluttered background". Funny as how their AI is able to correctly identify 99% of submitted receipts. This place is a joke and a waste of your time. Receipt Hog or Fetch pays out more at a faster rate. Ditch this and go for one of those.

Horrible Horrible company. I have the same issue as everyone else on here. Uploaded receipts for months, went to redeem and my account was deactivated. They said the backgrounds were blurry. But the receipts were accepted when I scanned them. I asked for explanation and they have not responded. My account is deactivated. Scam! Total waste of time. Do not use this platform.

I have been uplaoding receipts to receiptjar.com for months. When I went to cash out my $100, they claimed these weren't my receipts. They suspended my account. When I asked them to provide proof, they ignored me. Please help.

After 7 months of uploading receipts and earning points, I decided to cash in points for a $25 Amazon card. Afrer 3 days, they emailed me that they were declining my request because they reviewed receipts and there were other receipts and a keyboard visible in the uploading (and previously accepted) receipts. Not only that but they deleted all the points I tried ro redeem. Do not use this app it is fraudulent and scams you to steal your information.

My account was deactivated on me and am still waiting for an answer as to why! I never got a notice or warning. I still dont know why! I had alot of money saved in that account. I think this is a horrible way to do business :{

If I could put no stars, I would I’ve had my account with them for over two years. I was redeeming a five dollar gift card and suddenly they said that they had to delete my account and I was not getting my five dollars and that the receipts I took had distracting backgrounds whatever that means and yeah so zero stars 000 and no, I do not recommend them at all.

I never had a problem getting my rewards up until a month ago. The deactivated my account, they have ignored numerous attempts to find out what the problem is. This is not right, and I want the funds that I have built up but again, can't get any help from their so called...customer support!
