Hi- I have been a loyal customer and this may be my 5th purchase- on saturday- we decided to purchase a mattress and the saleswoman was originally very nice- when we decided what mattress to purchase- she tried to offer a mattress cover- she explained the reasons why the mattress pad is a good purchase and at that time- we declined-
After we declined the pad/cover purchase- the sales woman was very rude and clearly annoyed that we didn't purchase the cover- it seemed like our mattress purchase meant nothing to her- then she never explained that a finance option was not an option until we went to the cashier area- which i feel was inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable- i am question this purchase and future purchases at this time-
