Working with Kurt at the clearance center is always a smooth and easy transaction. He is knowledgeable and always provides helpful insight on all our questions in helping us choose the right furniture for us. We have made multiple purchases. If you visit the store it is worth asking for Kurt!!

The sales personnel who greeted us at the door immediately acknowledged our presence and asked if he could assist us. We informed him we wanted to peruse the warehouse. With that he let us do just that and was not on our heels. Joseph Perkarek when called upon answered our questions and concerns. With that we purchased all the items we wanted. It was a delightful experience and a great way to purchase furniture for my family without pressure. Dear Manager of this facility thank you for hiring such an excellent salesperson WHO LISTENS to the customer and is knowledgeable.

Wonderful service. Just one uncomfortable situation. I shop at the outlet often. Never realized that first one to talk to me is the person I’m to do service with. I am one that likes to come in and not be bothered then I go find a person I have felt with in the past to take care of me if I want to buy something. Once again I came in quickly looked around and found an entertainment center I liked. Went and got John whom is always very good, to help because I worked with him in the past. But a person came over and said he is working with me. Unbeknownst to me someone walking past me letting me know that the items are 20% and not 40% off now make them my sales associate. It was a little uncomfortable. They didn’t argue about the sale just I didn’t know other wise I would have said something ahead of time. But otherwise the sales associates are always great as well as the guys in the back loading my things. I have always had great service

I worked with Chris Wheeler, via phone, after searching the web. He gave some useful tips to search further until I located the recliner glider rocker chair I wanted. Chris then assisted going through the final purchase. He was very helpful, professional and had a sense of humor.
