Visited the outlet store today. Lot of employees around. Walked around about 35 40 minutes. Not one asked if they could help. One passed me a few times and wouldn't even look my way. And they would have made a good sale too. Because I found what I was looking for.

Extremely disappointed in the store I…
Extremely disappointed in the store I pay for a $2500 couch with a platinum warranty and when it comes to fixing it, they send out two different people. They don’t know what they’re doing and then try to tell me that they’re not gonna cover under my platinum warranty after telling me they would over the phone. I’m just done with all the lies.

Our sales associate Andy Read was amazing. He listened to our wants & needs for a new couch, he was extremely patient with us while we tested basically every couch, clearly explained the protection plan benefits and made the buying experience a breeze! Pickup was easy & fast, our couch was in stock so we got it the very next day! 10/10 experience.

Poor salesmanship …
When I went to the store yesterday and talked to the sales man, I explained that I needed to pick this up today and he said it would be ready this morning at 930am. I went to the warehouse and they said it wasn't ready and it was at the wrong location. I called the store and spoke to the manager and she was able to get it ready but it wasted 2 hours of my time to do that.

Greeted immediately upon entry. Anthony helped right away with finding what I needed. Free delivery and removal of my old mattress the following day was quick and efficient. I’ll always shop for furniture here first and recommend it constantly!
