Was a print supplier for this company for several years and always provided a great service at very competitive pricing.
My Marketing contact left the business and then the unscrupulous RAWR owners knocked me for thousands of pounds by refusing to pay for work delivered. Even when I tried to pursue the debt owed via legal channels, they simply closed the previous firm and set up again skirting around the money owed. As a small business owner and single parent, found this deplorable. Especially seeing Linkedin posts of the owners having team drinks and meals in swanky restaurants......Disgusting.

Purchased a package deal and nothing was said when I purchased it. Have been using the Reading store for a few years. Next time I went back the store is gone. Closest is now Windsor. I contacted simply to ask for a refund of remaining credit as I can no longer use it and wasn’t told. Advised Windsor is ‘close’. lol. Driving 40minutes for a 5 minute threading appt is not reasonable and I wouldn’t have purchased the package if they had told me. Deliberately scamming people out of money loads of reviews say the same. They refuse to refund and then refuse to allow you to escalate as they just stop replying.

Hemi was very professional and waxed my eyebrows into a neat shape. she finished my wax with a quick brow massage. she also applied soothing aloe vera gel afterthe waxing. 1st class service.

Lovely staff, quick and experienced

Sukh tinted my eyebrows beautifully. The result looks incredibly natural yet beautifully defined, completely framing my face. Her technique was quick, painless, and precise. I’m so happy with how they turned out and love that I don't have to fill them in every morning. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for perfect brows but am upset that she will be moving to Ealing!

2nd time I’ve had my brows done here 1st time she left half the hair there that needs taken away this time total wrong shape to my normal I’ve had to trim them my self I’ve done a better job at it they young girl was lovely tho shame my brows are not plz train ur staff how to shape and trim brows my brown are tattooed on so it’s not hard ive had to finish them off at home this was Newcastle Primark

My wife went for a facial and the therapist was very poor in booking my appointment. Kept me in confusion about the time a lot. Finally when she started the job she put eye pads with some extreme harsh liquid leaving me with swelled eyes towards the end of the facial. My swelling and redness of the eye has stayed for 2 days. Finally when we complaint to the store manager we recd apologies for a poor treatment. My eyes are still not recovered from the liquid in pads and sore.
