Very professional and gave me perfect brows

First a Somalian or Ethiopian lady talk with me she asked me which Medicare i want to do I said I will do express which is £15 than she came to me again asking which one you want to do I said express manicure. Than one Pakistani lady started filing my nail and before she finished it she make me wait 15 minutes or more to do another customers eyebrows than came to me to finish my nails
When I went to pay Pakistani lady was be like it’s £24 ! I said no call that lady i said express manicure but she was be like oh she finished earlier today you have to pay £24 . Sucha liars for £24 she haven’t done anything on my hand cheeky lady I will never ever go back in Birmingham high street Primark

Rima made me feel very comfortable during my waxing session, would definitely reccomend. Such a lovely salon in Canterbury and with lovely welcoming staff

Sabiha did my eyebrow threading and wax, she didn’t hurt at all aswell which is a first time for me, and she did my eyebrows as I desired.

The gentleman and lady were so so lovely! Very approachable and chatty! I had a brow tint and wax, it was my first time today and couldn’t be any more happier! The lady did an absolute amazing job! Sorry didn’t catch their names, but they were fab!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at the Oxford Street (Primark Tottenham Court Road) branch was extremely disappointing.

I arrived well before my appointment and was informed that the therapist was on a break. I waited for over 30 minutes without complaint. However, just two minutes before my scheduled appointment time, another client arrived late and I was asked if she could be seen before me.

I explained that I had already been waiting for a considerable amount of time and that my appointment was due to start. Despite this, the other client was taken first.

What I found particularly disappointing was not the delay itself, but the complete lack of professionalism in the way the situation was handled. There was no apology for the inconvenience, no acknowledgement of my time, and the manner in which I was spoken to was unnecessarily dismissive.

As a result, my appointment started late through no fault of my own. Again, no apology was offered.

Customers understand that delays can occasionally happen. What is far more difficult to accept is being treated with such little courtesy or respect. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with very little confidence in the level of customer service provided by this branch.

My nail technician was excellent ghilly? Not sure if that is correct spelling. Great woman was keen to ensure I enjoyed the experience and took time to help me pick perfect colour

I had my eyebrows done today and I’m really disappointed with the result. I clearly told the staff member (I think she may be new) that I wanted to keep my eyebrows thick and not too thin. Unfortunately, she made them much thinner than I asked for, and the final look is not what I wanted at all and not nice

This was especially upsetting as it’s right before my birthday, and I was hoping to feel good about how I look. I wish more care had been taken to listen to my request. Never again

Came in on Saturday. Had a rushed job, it’s seemed alright. Then I came back in on Monday to explain. Was told I would need to purchase a new one to fix it, and after I was accepted to sit down to explain, I was ridiculed. Won’t be back again once my package is finished.

As per usual Mona was absolutely amazing 🤩 and she as usual done my inspiration real so I’m soooo happy and definitely will recommend wherever I can!!!!!

I have been here a few times for eyebrow threading, but I have realised that the person providing the service never asks for my preference regarding how I would like my eyebrows shaped. I believe this should always be discussed before starting the treatment.

Also, during my visit today, there were cut hairs left all over my face after the threading was finished. They were not cleaned off, and I wasn’t even offered a tissue to clean my face myself. This made the overall experience feel unhygienic and disappointing.

I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve customer service in the future.

So, following the closure of the Rawr Norwich salon, I was not offered a refund to my pre-paid package. On Trustpilot I did get a reply and they asked me to contact them.

THEY STILL REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND. They expect me to travel to another of their salons - the nearest being over 100 miles away or gift it to a family member or friend - I have none in the areas of their salons.

Under UK consumer law they are not allowed to refuse a refund if they cannot provide the service you purchased reasonably. Driving over 100 miles for a beauty treatment is deemed unreasonable. I really do not think they know where Norwich is!

Come on Rawr this is dreadful customer service. Small claims court I suppose next.

Very nice and professional. Aditi’s service was top notch. She's very caring and made the pain of waxing much more bearable. Also introduced me to new see ixes which I took! I love my experience

The ladies are amazing at what they do. Very friendly, genuinely nice people including the manager herself and professional. Never changed them since we tried them and they were the first ones to touch my eyebrows 😊
