Radioddity support was very responsive, and reached out to check in throughout the process when they hadn't heard back from me. I sent them a couple videos of the symptoms I was seeing, and they replaced the radio.

I was having issues with my Xiegu g 90 ham radio i could not autotune ann the diffrentham bands as before .i contacted Radioddity support team the rep. name was Hazel .We traded many e-mailes trying to troubleshoot the radios we were not having and luck solving the problem.some companys will try to throw you under the bus and blam you at no did Radioddity or hazel try that. they ended up replacing the the Radio.

I had to contact Radioddity service due to an issue with my Xiegu G90 and would absolutely recommend doing business with them after the service experience. I spent many years in a job that required highly detailed customer service for 6 figure purchases and Hazel from Radioddity service was better than 99% of the people in the industry I came from. She had excellent written communication skills and quickly narrowed things down with detailed, unambiguous troubleshooting instructions and quick replies. As soon as she saw that we weren't going to be able to remedy the issue through troubleshooting, she sent me a shipping label to return the malfunctioning unit and I have a new one on the way now. Good customer service coupled with excellent technical writing and troubleshooting is a very rare thing in 2026 and this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

I bought the HF-010 antenna at Hamvention. Unfortunately, the telescoping whip would not fully extend. Luke from Customer Service answered my email within 24 hours. After some email exchanges which included photos of the defective part, Luke agreed to a replacement antenna. However, they were out of stock in the USA, so the replacement was ordered from China. It took a total of 10 days to make it from the south of China (Guangdong Province) thru Hong Kong and on to Chicago. The replacement actually arrived on a Sunday morning. Luke kept me informed throughout the process. Radioddity paid all the shipping, both for the return of the defective antenna and the delivery of the replacement. The new antenna works great. I took it out on a POTA activation today. Setup and takedown were a breeze, and in my earlier tests, the dimensions given in the manual by band are pretty close to what works in the field. Overall, I am very pleased on how I was treated as a customer. Luke really did a fabulous job of "making it right" for me. Thank you so much. 73, Warren, KC9IL.

Canny on the Raddy Support Team did a great job in resolving a shipment problem that I myself created by entering incorrect address information. Canny got the right info and contacted the shipping company, And I received my stuff.

Only needed to send video evidence of unit malfunction under warranty, and RO arranged for the shipping, and turned around a replacement unit in about a week. Customer service kept in touch thru the process to ensure everything went smooth. +5

I purchased a number of things from Radioodity. Always a simple and straightforward process. I bought my first Xeigu G90 package deal. I had one minor issue with shipment on one of the items. A simple email to customer service got it squared away. Canny was on it. I am one happy HAM.
