Ordered the wrong version by mistake customer service helped right away to fix my order and definitely recommend the company to others

My product arrived damaged, however this was not their fault, it was the shipping company. They quickly sent a replacement and were very easy to deal with.

Had a strange behavior with POC radio ( SIM was not connecting to network), support ( very quick response) solved in no time ( had to use sim tray 2 instead of 1).

I had an issue with programming a new radio I bought from the company. I submitted a question, and received an answer. The answer allowed me to solve the issue. The staff followed up to make sure that all was well.
