Great product!!

I visited Pure Seoul store at Westfield Stratford to buy a Vitamin C + Hyaluronic Acid serum or cream and a lip treatment/oil/mask. I found both with the help of the kind and prepared sales advisors. Both the products were excellent! In addition to it, I purchased a long lasting black eyeliner (this was excellent, too!). Highly recommended!

Everyone at PureSeoul was so friendly and welcoming. Someone helped me decide on a new spf and took the time to explain the benefits and ask what I wanted from my SPF.

The store has a great selection of everyday, versatile products. It’s got all the mainstream Korean skin care. I sometimes wish that the women/ girls working at the store chatted a bit more with customers and less amongst themselves.- would make the store more inviting :) - but they are very helpful and are up to date on all online deals.

Ive been unwell for a good few years. And unable to look after myself. But I’ve been able to get a little support and that means I can start feeling like a girl again. Skin care was one of those things I wanted to start with. I found Puresoul via TikTok and honestly excited to be using them going forward. They have sooo many goodness.. firstly the ordering on the website, if you’re not too sure what you’re looking for, they have this tailored and recommended products. Which is perfect for me- I’m essentially a newbie into beauty products and they have made it so easy and seamless. The website is easy to use, the delivery is actually quick and I love the communication from them. And the good thing about their recommendations- you can go as advanced or as basic as you need. Like the emails suggesting the type of products they have and what they’ll be great for- love that. Saved me a lot of time having to go down rabbit holes unnecessarily.

The store is lovely, product range impeccable.
However we were not approached to offer help, the ladies behind the counters were cursing loudly.. we are all humans and it does happen but insure you serve clients first and be discreet while swearing..

In store and online experience is amazing with pure Seoul and that’s why I am always to splurge 🥹

I feel like some free sample would be nice, but overall its nice to try different products out.

The ladies working there was not very pushy for attention, when was asked for help was very professional and know the product they sell very well.

It’s a nice smelling scent but a bit strong for my husband. It’s also very masculine (which he liked). Nothing bad about it (though the sealed packaging on the bottle openings is super difficult to open—I cut myself on the plastic. Better than it leaking in transit I suppose) just not a repurchase.
