I feel welcomed and not judged every single time yes when i’m done shopping i’m appauled when i realise how much im loosing on like 3 products but staff are really friendly always helping out!

The shop is nice and bright and staff…

The shop is nice and bright and staff are very welcoming. Looking round the shelves is very interesting as there are different products from manufacturers I have not heard of before. That’s when the staff are very helpful to guide you to the correct product

The product I use for my face

The product I use for my face. Are brilliant.
I love the products I get everytime I buy. I always get my products post out to me which doesn't take long to get them. I love how you get. A wee thank you card from the company.
I so get a 2 free sample of a different product.

Excellent Product and Customer Service

I visited Pure Seoul store at Westfield Stratford to buy a Vitamin C + Hyaluronic Acid serum or cream and a lip treatment/oil/mask. I found both with the help of the kind and prepared sales advisors. Both the products were excellent! In addition to it, I purchased a long lasting black eyeliner (this was excellent, too!). Highly recommended!
