We are passionately preserving our heritage crafts as artisans and makers since 1950. PureJewels is a specialist in 22ct gold jewellery, platinum, diamonds and coloured gemstones. At PureJewels, we have our own in house workshop and also work directly with artisans for all our intricate and traditional heritage jewellery. At Pure Jewels, we manufacture our platinum and gold engagement rings in house and also provide a bespoke design and 👨🏭 service to our customer’s personal taste.

We were shopping for wedding rings. We received very helpful and friendly assistance with great expertise which enhanced our knowledge. One of us wanted a ring which was a hybrid of others and doesn't yet exist. We were immediately told that it could be made for us, albeit after a detailed discussion of the technical options, particularly arising from my desire to have diamonds set in 22 carat gold. Our visit was made even more special by the beautiful tea and chat re the history of the company and meaning of its logo, and sight of its award winning pieces. We expect to return here whenever we want top quality jewelry.

The customer service was so amazing. They really did go the extra mile for me. Reassured and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. Sent text messages and photos. Item sent on time and securely. The staff even wrote out a beautiful big handwritten card when they found out the Bangle was a first birthday gift for my niece.

Eternity necklace is a new idea for personal celebrations.
I wanted to buy a gift for my wife for our golden wedding anniversary. I trawled the internet for suggestions but came up blank except for ' Pure Jewels'. l just had an idea in mind... a little unusual, but my wish had a significant validity- I wanted an eternity necklace. An online chat directed me towards a branch visit as i could not find something to suit my purpose: eternity ring and eternity bracelet were options, but i wanted a necklace. Exploring ideas and suggestions, the branch manager showed us a piece and explained the significance of the 'rosettes' on the chain. It was instant attraction. Although the price was above our expectation, we managed to stretch our budget to fulfil our wish. We did not need to look anywhere else. The dedicated staff at Pure Jewels are excellent at advice and service, and have earned our loyal custom for future times. I would be very happy to recommend this jewellery store to my family and friends. Thank you Pure Jewels.

I love, love, love not only the beautiful and stunning jewellery that the PureJewels team create and share with the world, but their customer service is white glove service.
