Very accommodating when I couldn’t commit to a fixed appointment time. Saw me straight away when I arrived and didn’t keep me waiting long at all.

I had a very disappointing experience with this MOT centre. My appointment was booked for 9:15, and I arrived at 9:17 — only two minutes late — only to be told that my slot had already been given away. There was no phone call, no warning not to come, and not even a simple apology when I arrived.

I understand schedules are important, but giving away an appointment after just a couple of minutes and offering no communication or courtesy feels extremely unprofessional. This is not the level of service I expect, and I won’t be returning

we needed good tyres in a rush and everyone in the branch was quick professional funny and engaging.

I rang the company to enquire about new tyres and they quoted me a price but were honest enough to say that I would get a better price ordering online.
Easy to use online form to order. It recommended I also ordered service kits for the tyre pressure monitors.
On inspection I noticed one tyre had a new valve but the other didn't so I rang up to ask about this and was told to bring the car back for checking.
The technician told me that the valve was not part of the pressure monitor service kit but they had replaced one because it was perished.
That's good but had they told me this when I picked my car up I wouldn't have had to go back, hence the four star review rather than five star, just lack of communication.

This was my fourth year of having my Tesla Model 3 MOT'd at Protyre Guildford and as usual the process was straightforward and very pleasant. From service technicians to front of house and management, everyone seems to enjoy their job and look out for each other and the customer. A nice touch is being able to sit in the comfy waiting area and see my car being driven onto and then raised on the professional 4-post car lift via the large TV monitors, while I get on with some work or enjoy a free coffee. I know from previous visits that they will do a thorough job and find any safety issues (like damaged tyre walls) and be able to help me get back on the road very quickly.

Excellent customer service and service at short notice. Got us out of a jam.

Big shout out to Becky who treats people like people and whose communication and service level is simply wonderful.

Their recent service to us has meant that we have now switched our regular garage to them!
