Excellent communication, careful handling and helpful delivery - thanks!

My son arranged a shipment of his motorcycle from Doncaster to Torquay, Order No. 1042982. Delivery arrived on time on the given day. There was however a separate bag which was supposed have arrived along with it, but was missing. The motorcycle arrived perfectly ok and was wheeled to exactly where it was requested. Both lads were polite. My son did report the missing bag, and a separate trip was made two days later to deliver it at no extra expense. I feel a positive review is in order that they put this right in a timely manner with no fuss. I think the two lads ( don't know their names) did very well.

We were given a time slot and this was missed and they said they tried to deliver at 2245, WHO try’s to deliver to a house at that time. They eventually turned up approximately 15hrs late.

The delivery arrived 1hour, 10mins after the latest delivery time I was given, so I missed an appointment I had.

Expected arrival time was just 4 minutes late what i was told which is amazing normally other companies never on time. Delivery guys super help .They help me load my car door which they deliver on to my car so I can get it fitted. AMAZING GUYS

They arrived on time and brought the goods into the house, and promptly left. They left before I could unpack the product, which unfortunately arrived damaged.

One of the worst courier experiences I’ve had in the UK. Despite providing my complete delivery address, including the house number, street name and postcode, my parcel was delivered to someone else’s house.

Getting a parcel to the correct address is a basic expectation of any courier service. Very disappointing.

Collected promptly and delivered on the day and approximate time as per booking.
However, I’d booked a 2 man crew to take a table upstairs and been clear that it needed to go upstairs. I’d included the eBay details which clearly stated the table was heavy and its dimensions. But there was no willingness to try and get it upstairs. Effectively ended up delivered to curb side into my garage.
So rather disappointed and not sure I’d book anything again unless very simple delivery.
