The revision was excellent
The revision was excellent, it greatly improved the manuscript. We only had one day to deliver the manuscript with the English and style review, so the review delivery time was excellent and helped us deliver the manuscript on time.

Enjoyable work of PRS
Very helpful English review in a non-standard document (not a manuscript, but rather rules for doctoral students). I appreciate your professionality and speedy delivery of the reviewed text (even few days before the arranged deadline).

Proofreader made a mistake that cost me time
The proof reader made a mistake and deleted all the Mendeley format that required me to reinterpret all the citations that took time. It was nice that the company gave me a voucher but the initial response was a bit lethargic and I had to push the issue. I hope the company will learn from this experience. That said I have good experiences in the past and will give the company a chance again.
