They did not follow their own instructions and wasted a significant amount of time. I would advise the customer to look for another service if they want reliable and professional support.
My advice regarding proofreading is to choose a service that carefully follows instructions, respects deadlines, and delivers accurate editing. In this case, that standard was not met.

i attempted to apply for job, signed up for free account, then asked to enter card number to verify identity. since it has such good reviews (i suspect they are paid for) i trusted it. i was immediately charged $2.99 and 39.99 with no fine print seen (i took screenshots just in case) and received fraud alert from bank because the site is considered suspicious. luckily i didn't have $40 in the account because i never use my real account i use a prepaid card one. but this is a scam do not click apply or get started.

I am not happy with the quality. Compared to the previous years, in the last year the quality has dropped considerably. Every time the proofread texts contain typos and grammar errors and I am already considering alternative proofreading companies. I never got any attention or excuse concerning this fact.
