Great service from Pro Kit ordered some training wear and it came really quickly. There were a few items that didn’t fit and Pro Kit were so helpful when it came to me returning those items - will use again going forward !

Great communication about items and great turn around time.
My only complaint was I asked the courier to leave my parcel in a safe place which I informed them and was left in plain view by my front door.

Best the in business in terms of customer service even when orders needed to corrected adjusted, they were brilliant. Thanks

I have got to say I have the best shopping experience I've ever had customer support was very fast and helpful and helped me with all my questions

First, my items arrived after 6 weeks of waiting. Now the jacket is small for my son, but they rejected the return, since it has the school emblem, which was the point for buying it anyway! I never had such pathetic experience in online shopping. It hurts to have lost so much of money, that too for an overpriced rain jacket!

This is the second order that prokit have messed up now. This was a 6 item order for our managers presentation, I ordered this on the 16th July, with a lead time of 10-14 days. After 24 days I called and chased and the next day got a confirmation with dpd, the next day I had a message from dpd to say it’s delayed. After trying to get through to profit which is a stressful challenge as the phone lines cut you off, they told me it had been lost and to call back in 7 days as they have to await a refund whilst dpd look for the parcel. This was after an email saying I would have it midweek the following week.

Well another 10 days later I called 9 times to then be told I can re order and they will refund me when dpd refund them?
My presentation has been and gone weeks ago, I’m not re ordering as I will have to pay twice. The people on the end of the phone are useless and do not call back, and they also do not respond to emails.
Considering this is the second time as the first time they completely messed our order up, I will be speaking with our football club and asking to get a new supplier.

Ordered a couple of items, order confirmed by Prokit then I receive an email 10 days later saying it's only just been ordered from Macron ie they took 10 days to work out that they didn't have it in stock, estimated DISPATCH date another 17-20 days after that. I just want to cancel the order because we've long since accessed the items elsewhere but the phone line cuts off and they won't reply to my emails or even acknowledge them. So I'm putting this here in the hope that they will respond. Not impressed and will think carefully about using them in the future.
Update 19/09/23 - dreadful. They take far longer than initially stated to source the items and won't tell you when they don't have them in stock, and then you cannot get hold of them on the phone and they simply don't respond to repeated emails. I would avoid using them unless you absolutely have to. Rubbish service.

Scamming website.
I've ordered a teamwear jersey last month, and they claimed that the jersey will be delivered between 5-10 July. However I still cannot receive any updates recently. When I sent an email for enquiry, there was NO response at all!!!

Great service and competative prices. Nothing is too much trouble. The only place to shop for your football needs in my opinion. Thanks Guys

To be honest I can’t fault this company, and after seeing some reviews I questioned about ordering from them, the items I ordered were delivered the next day even though I chose standard delivery, product was in stock, and price was excellent. Thank you

Bought a pair of boots for my sons birthday, 3 weeks in advance. They were too small for him. Seller would not exchange or return the boots as they have a very short returns policy, 14 days - most retailers are 30 days. Refused to move from this. Would never use again myself, if you are buying gifts from these guys make sure you buy a week before and return straight away if not suitable.

After alot of research on what boots to buy my daughter and what company to use,I chose prokituk even though I hadn't used them before. Absolutely delighted with the service,price and product!!! Ordered Sunday and arrived Tuesday, Highly recommended this company.

Ordered a top yesterday and this morning I received an email with

"Your order #1000032773 has been updated with a status of Items Ordered From Adidas"

So they didn't have it stock..I can order from Adidas myself!

Up to 3 weeks for a delivery...unbelievable ..thats after paying for a 3-5 day delivery...

I have emailed and sent a message using WhatsApp asking for cancellation and refund...

Great service from a great team of people ordered a match ball on the 31st of may late evening (10:45)pm and within the next morning it had been shipped dpd had backlogs with delivery due to half term and bank holidays but the team at prokit got onto it straight away and was so helpful and done a superb job and finding out what’s going on really helpful service makes the whole process worth while!

What I ordered was dispatched same day & even arrived a day earlier than was stated, excellent service will 100% use again
