I’ve now made three orders from ProKit UK, and I have been extremely happy all three times. I had to return an item from one order, and the process was easy and refund processed timely. For another, the package was lost by the courier, and a new one was dispatched as soon as it was confirmed they had lot it.
The customer service is great and I will be ordering again. Thank you!

I am always wary of ordering kit from an online company that I hadn’t heard of. I read some reviews about this company and I felt that it was legitimate. I placed my order not expecting that my order would be completed until next week. This was communicated to me and I was happy to wait- very happy to have received the kit over the weekend! Very impressed!!!

Really Good Company to buy from
Helpful company who respond to enquiries almost straight away. The products are always made with care and are of good quality. Only negative they used DPD to deliver who are as much use as a chocolate tea pot.

Purchased an item for £110, £116 with shipping and now they’re ‘refunding the item due to stock shortage, if there was a stock shortage why you it be listed and I’m not getting a refund for the £6 shipping which means I am basically down £6 for nothing

Not a nice experience
Not a nice experience at all the order was late arriving and when it did it was meant to be a surprise for my husband but when I opened it I ordered his usual size xxxl and it was extremely small and when I tried to contact people in both the store and emailed the online service the man in the shop wasn’t very nice at all which upset me and when I asked for a refund it was declined online the shirt was also made of quite a thin material for the price it has not made me confident to purchase anything else through this company I’m really really disappointed with the service given

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We always take negative feedback seriously and investigate every case thoroughly. However, we do need to clarify the factual details, as the information in your review does not reflect what actually occurred.
Your order was placed on Tuesday 18th November at 5:11pm, and at the point of purchase you were quoted a delivery estimate of “Delivered on or before Wednesday 17th December 2025”. This extended timeframe is clearly stated online because the item you selected is a custom-made product.
Despite this agreed timeframe, your order was despatched within 2 working days, on Thursday 21st November at 2:52pm — 27 days earlier than the latest date you accepted during checkout.
Regarding sizing, a comprehensive size guide is provided on the product page to assist customers in choosing the correct fit, as sizing varies between brands. We strongly recommend consulting this before ordering, particularly for custom-made items.
With respect to your experience on the phone to our store, the retail store and the online shop operate independently and use separate systems. Store staff cannot access online order information. For this reason, when calling our telephone number and selecting Option 1 (Internet Sales), customers are advised to contact us via email so that online enquiries reach the correct department.
Your return request was declined because the item ordered is a custom-made product and therefore non-returnable, as clearly stated on the club shop homepage, product page, shopping cart, checkout, and in the Terms and Conditions you accepted when placing the order.
We appreciate all genuine feedback, but false or misleading reviews can be extremely damaging to small businesses such as ours, particularly when the verifiable order history does not support the claims made.

Very disappointed in the presentation…
Very disappointed in the presentation the football boots have been sent out in. They look like a returned item, the box is damaged, no tissue paper to protect the boots.
It’s a let down especially when they’re a gift for someone.
