Tried this company for the first time and it was a really positive experience , easy to navigate their online site , their products were competitively priced and from order to delivery they was first class , they kept me informed throughout the process. From top to bottom prokit is an excellent company.

I input my email address wrong so worried when I didn’t get confirmation email. They couldn’t have been more helpful with everything from start to finish. My son was amazed I managed to get him goalie gloves that were sold out in other places. Will be ordering again thank you

TWO POINTS

1.Sizing is completely off on this product.

I have a 9 and 14 year old who are both fit and well average size weight etc, after reading the reviews regarding size issues I thought I would allow accordingly, the 9 year old a small mans!!! was ordered and 14 year old a medium man. The 9 year old is currently wearing the medium mens!!

2.RETURNS
I broke my hand over Christmas, first day back at work 13/01/2025 to sort my returns etc as I use the work email, I wanted to exchange the small pair for a large or x large for the 14 year old. The cut off date for returns is the 10th of January. I understand there has to a date set. So I politely emailed explaining the situation only to get back the standard reply which is disappointing to say the least.

I’ve ordered everything from kits/jackets for large squads to trophies and boots.
The service from Charlie and the team is always spot on.
Kids love a trip to the shop too.

Very quick service and kept up to date all through the process.

Great products and service from Charlie who is extremely helpful, we purchased new team home kit and customised match balls. So pleased that we are ordering the team an away kit too.

Item not received I am unable to track either do contact the courier as this is needed for 6th if Jan it's a school uniform

I thank you for your response, the review was about the delivery if you knew it had not arrived why ask for a review, this was a way of me alerting the company, I am certain you understand my position also.

Once again thank you I did email be it following request for review. Can I suggest that review is solicitated once items are delivered.
Like I said the 1 star is for the non arrival as said on the email I had received stating delivery 2/1/25.
This might be contrary to what you expected it's my review. Once items received review will be done on the items.

Ordered some football boots just before Christmas as they were the only shop who had his size in stock. As I was checking out I saw a lovely ball he would like so I got that too and paid next day delivery. Within an hour of ordering I had an email to say they had been dispatched already to the couriers. The next day they arrived but unfortunately the dhl delivery driver told me the parcel had been opened and for me to check what was missing. Thankfully it wasn’t the boots but the ball was missing. I emailed ProKit straight away and within a day they had replied and sent out a new ball for me! Within a day or two it had arrived! Absolutely AMAZING customer service, both products are excellent. Will definitely order from them in the future! Thank you for making my sons Christmas!

Ordered a new men’s kit as well as some children’s shirts at the start of December. All arrived printed and embroidered Christmas Eve , fantastic quality and the suggestions made have only enhanced the look. Superb company.
