Failure to see through the transaction and delivery resulting in unnecessary delays in delivery of the vehicle. Lack of care or ownership of issues.

Great communication and easy process will definitely use again.

The whole team was really helpful from initial contact to picking up the car. The whole experience was pleasant and hassle free. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a new car.

From the moment I agreed a deal with privatefleet they tried to change things to my detriment, most notably trying to convince me to take an older model

The whole process was so simple compared to sitting in a dealership and trying to get the best price!
It was our third attempted purchase from the same dealer and yet private fleet still beat their price for the new car and trade in!

Vehicle was delivered as arranged nice and clean.

It is the easiest and most cost efficient to purchase a new car, always get the best deal and Private Fleet do all the work.

I was recommended to use this service -as a first time user I didn't know what to expect.
I was extremely surprised by the ease and convenience of purchasing a vehicle.Monique was wonderful explaining everything and kept in contact with me at all steps of the purchase. She got a great deal and took out all the stress of negotiating with the dealers.
Also with the accounts again could not fault it as it was an easy process.
Once the vehicle was ready I was directly contacted by the dealer and went from there.
Excellent customer experience.

Very professionally done and all scheduled appointments on time. Delivery was a breeze and Donna at Parramatta motors was very helpful.

To summarise, Private Fleet:
> Negotiated a $0 discount with the dealer based on the advertised price.
> Tried to lock me into a delivery charge of $1,300 for a 3hr interstate transport (completely overpriced when compared to other quotes)
> Claimed to have negotiated an extended registration period with the dealer, which turned out to be untrue
> Charged me $178 for an annual subscription, purporting to include a RACQ membership pack, which hasn’t happened

An overall value add of -$178 - it would have been quicker and more cost effective to have done it myself and to have dealt directly with the dealer.

I really had high hopes for this, as it would definitely be a service I would use in the future if the value was as per the website claims - unfortunately they try to prey on buyer ignorance.

Lack of communication and no follow up. I set everything up with dealer. Will not be using again.
