It all started out really well
It all started out really well. Excited. But then came the delivery date delays and then said I couldn't get car colour ordered. Excellent then that Privatefleet found another car at different dealer and this was available within short time. This dealer did not do trade in and therefore things changed. I originally understood that the car would be delivered to home and that this person would not leave until you were happy with car. And then they would take the trade-in away at that time. As it turned out, the car was delivered on back of truck and the truck driver left on driveway - yes, given the key and books etc. This truck driver was friendly. The trade-in was not picked up until 5 days later. The registration papers were put in glovebox. It took 3 weeks before the registration was changed from my name. And I did get toll fines in my name even though I was not driving.
Individuals I spoke/dealt with were most helpful and appreciated -

It just takes all the hassle out of buying a car, i.e. looking for the car you want, dealing with a salesman, pinning them to a price and then comparing, etc. how nice to say exactly what you want, then wait for home delivery at what you know is the best possible price. The only way for me to buy cars from here on.

I have used your service a few times
I have used your service a few times. experience was good. disappointe that salesman whoiniated the sale, i was told had left the compny, so I was left in "limbo" through the finalisation of the service, with a lot of delay and confusion over the finalisation of contract. I must say this has not happened previously. Left me somewhat disallusioned??? In the end all was satisfactory despite the elay in finalisation.
