i accepted the proposal from Private…
i accepted the proposal from Private Fleet. The delivery date was an ongoing issue which caused concern. Eventually I had to contact the Dealer supplier then the carrier to arrange delivery. Private Fleet did not return my enquiries about the delivery.
The car arrived without the "full tank of fuel" which at about $2.12 per litre would be (76 litres) $161. the tank had about 15 litres worth $33.90. gift cards were provided totalling $100 which did not cover the dealer oversight.
The vehicle handbook is very thick and covers several models and at times the handbook does not cover the items on my vehicle. Again this seems a dealer issue.
Private Fleet should take steps to ensure these items are more adequately dealt with and the product they are promoting, is properly presented when issued.

instead of asking the customer how much would you like to pay for the new car they should go out and get the best price and than present the price to the customer( instead they put $1000 dollars on hold upfront before they do anything) in my case they took my trade in 5 weeks before the new car was ready for delivery. I was not paid for the trade in at that time ( i consented to this though) Ideally both transactions should have been on the same day There was also delays receiving the new car from original date mentioned. They did get the new car at the same price i was able to negotiate for myself, so overall no benefit to me regarding a big discount through private fleet. Next time i will buy my own car .

What they promise on the first day regarding the full tank but then no communications and fuel tank was half full.
Is gonna be really appreciated if they don't promised which cannot be delivered.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Anton was the first the blame his entire team for every mistake. If you are to use private fleet for anything, get EVERYTHING through email as they will talk the talk on the phone but not hold true to it.

Sam Vasserman the agent I was allocated did a great job in sourcing me an excellent purchase price , but he was provided me with terrific customer service .He was contactable and when not was responsive in returning my enquiries. His manner was friendly and easy going , he was very knowledgable and he made me feel like he was doing everything he could to get me the best deal , not just earn a commission for his company . I was very happy with his performance .The support crew to the Sales team were also very efficient with their communications .

Make process more clear with simple instructions. Give a flowchart of your process to the customer before you engage with them. Continue to communicate with them of each step to reduce anxiety. Understand customer needs and limitations. I think, due to delay in process and decisions interest rates gone up and I had to shell down more for the product. Otherwise ok.
