Overall experience
The first contact, vehicle search and loan process was very smooth, responsive and professional-and I have recommended your services to others on that basis.
However I was disappointed with the number of providers I then had to manage to register the car, arrange delivery and then pick up of the trade in. I understood that would all be taken care of by Private Fleet. I now know others who have experienced similar frustrations.

A very good price was arranged for my new vehicle and trade in. As I live near the QLD border, it took a few weeks for my new SUV to be delivered from Sydney and many weeks for my trade to be collected from my home. Very happy with the new SUV.

The Private Fleet team were great but beware delivery charge can apply
The Private Fleet team were great and very responsive. The process overall was easy, which is why I have given 4 stars.
However, I would rate 2 stars for the lack of transparency regarding delivery. It was only once the negotiations were done that I was informed the Dealer was not prepared to deliver my new car to me / collect my trade-in. I had stressed how important transparency was when first speaking by phone to the Private Fleet Consultant and was reassured this offer was part of the Private Fleet service.
Private Fleet website states: ‘You will be kept up to date as to estimated delivery times and at your convenience, your new vehicle will be delivered to your door with a full tank of fuel.’
At no time was I advised before engaging Private Fleet that this offer was dependent on the Dealer's acceptance to do so as part of the negotiated sale price. At the end of the day, I begrudgingly accepted to pay an additional $330.00 to have the car delivered to me and my trade-in taken away. On delivery, I was further disappointed to find the tank was ¼ below full having not been topped up before arrival.
