Middle-size airport, short waiting times, quite clean..

After going through security there was no place to fill drinking water. Some passengers were allowed to take water bottles through while others were not.

The screening ladies pre flight boarding with bags check are the rudest most poor workers i have ever encountered. Shameful.

Quite remarkably bad experience

Following a very modest snow day (<5 cm), they canceled most of the flights, leaving us trapped in Prague. The airport staff was totally useless and told us to find alternatives. I will never ever fly on this airport again because I want to avoid flight cancellations. I flew from France and Italy airports during snow storms just well, while here a small snow dusting closed all flights.

Really bad experience today, 17 December 2025, flying from Prague to Belgrade at Gate B13. Apart from the drama they gave us for 400g exceeding the luggage allowance, and lost 45 minutes changing things into other luggage, ( despite the fact that I paid for an extra luggage of 23kg and I used only 14kg), the worst and most shocking thing is that at the final check before Gate B13, I was given plastic shoe covers worn and used multiple times by others. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. It's a basic matter of safety and health. What if the previous person has any mycosis or something. Such a shame that the staff were talking in their language and laughing at us when we told them that this is not right. There are proofs at the security cameras, this happened today 17 December 2025 at the check Bedore Gate B13, at around 08h30-08h45 local time.

Worst airport I have ever used. Horrible service, queues after queues after queues at every step penalising non eu citizens. Totally disorganised airport.

they lost my suitcase! I understand that the tourist season just started so chaos errupted, but doesn't the tourist season happen every year? why didn't they hire more staff? some student for example

I’m writing as I’m disgusted by the service we received in the Prague airport. First, the staff working there are all miserable, hostile and patronising. The older woman with dark hair working the customer service desk near Burger King is nasty and extremely miserable, raising her voice to the point people are looking around… she looked so angry she finally had to work and help someone that it looked like her eyes were going to pop out of her skull. The young Asian girl with heavy makeup and long hair working in the money desk (behind the customer service desk) is completely useless and couldn’t care less about her job. We were practically begging for advice as the airport ATM stole £185 from us and all the Asian girl could do is laugh and ignore us while scrolling on Instagram. At one point we even waited for her to give us an email or a phone number as to who to contact and she sat back with her arms crossed staring at us. When we asked if she’s going to bother to help us she simply said no and stared us down. Overall, it’s been a disgusting experience and it’s extremely disappointing being treated like this upon arriving in the country and even being scammed in an AIRPORT of all places. I understand mistakes and system errors happen but what made this such a horrible experience is the staff! Not even ONE member of staff smiled or told us they’re trying to help or that everything will be resolved. We were simply shoo’ed away.

ALSO the airport staff should have name tags as many of them refuse to give out their names automatically making any complaint meaningless!!!!

Airport parking hugely misleading. The Economy parking was changed to Express parking (but only a few signs changed). Wanted 100k Czech Crowns (~4k€!!) initially, but later reduced it to ~260€, which is still double the regular price. The answer on my question, why no signs have been put up, that this is now express parking and not Economy anymore was "Don't you have internet?"If oyu check the english parking pages, most of the text is still in Czech.

That*s a rip off! Probably better to use the private parking spaces in the nearby village.

General experience was good until I reached to the security check before Gate. Had to throw away drinking which I filled in the airport. Like many airports no water point to refill once passed the security check point. The airport seems to be following the trend to force trapped passengers to buy from vending machines. The airport staff were friendly and helpful.

No modules to leave complaints. People shop and airport personnel is generally rude. No good manners, no ability to interact with tourists. And no way to let they know they are terrible. They truly are!

DISGRACEFULL. BORDER PATROLL, THE QUES ARE HORRENDOUS. I USED TO LIKE GOING TO PRAGE, BEEN 8 TIMES.{ NEVER AGAIN } THERE WAS AN OFFICIAL LADY STANDING THERE JUST WAVING EUROPEEN PASSPORT HOLDERS THROUGH. WHILE NON EUROPEEN PASSPORT HOLDERS WERE KEPT WAITING FOR WELL OVER AN HOUR. THEY WILL BE THE LOOSERS IN THE END PEOPLE WILL JUST STOP GOING, I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Clean and stylish - but with one big, big drawback: there are very few boards displaying flight times and departure gates, etc ... and there was just one security checkpoint in operation at the time of our flight, meaning we queued for 45 minutes and would have missed our flight if it hadn't been delayed. We watched seven different people who were booked to leave on a plane 20 minutes after ours being turned away at the boarding gate because they'd been stuck in that same queue!

Appalling. Border control slow and rude. The queues are dreadful. Scanning done at gate, the service there is even worse

Very efficient right through - hardly any queues at all - why arent other airports like this. But the duty free is sooooooo expensive. Alcohol is over twice UK full retail price - most expensive i have ever seen in any airport. Why?
