Great service, especially for the collection and delivery product. Really couldn't be any easier to use and the test results are returned as expected, very promptly.

The process was fine
The process was fine - results came back in time that you said, thank you. The only "problem" was that every airport that we travelled through questioned why the QR code was not displayed on the .pdf. Showing the QR code on the app was no good All let us through but all appeared to want a QR code!

An Extra cost for travellers.
The BAD parts are: The location is Very Badly sign posted and has two very small signs to the centre. THAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.
Good parts: the person at the centre was very helpful and informative.
the results were sent promptly .
Please note the results and certificates were not even checked in Morocco and they were not bothered. So unnecessary cost for holiday makers.
