My wife forgot to activate the account with the pack barcode.
Customer service said not a problem but that was followed by many phone calls and multiple broken promises. A total nightmare.

Great service chose Click & Collect due to COVID symptoms. Husband picked up test brought it home I did it he returned it got result within 24 hours. Would be good if they could offer Recovery Certificate also, now got to find a company that provides that for travel purposes

Highly recommended
Would highly recommend Prenetics for pre-flight PCR testing. We had to cancel our original appointment and rebook - they confirmed the cancellation and refund ten minutes after I emailed them. Staff were friendly and helpful on the day of the test, and we received our results via email within 12 hours. An excellent customer experience.

Misleading Time of Sample Collection on Certificate
We went for a PCR test, mandatory within 48 hrs of take off for Morocco. We are in BST (as was the flight) but the time stated on the certificate was GMT, taking it outside the 48 hrs window, so it wasn't accepted by the airline. Prenetics refused to change the time until too late. Much stress. Negotiation at check-in at the airport got us through. Attitude of Prenetics was also poor.

Easy to book in on line and arrange appointments we booked drop in session at Whitely had a little difficulty in getting to site due to road works turning of M27 on arrival pressed button for security at barrier and let through barrier followed signs to booth where a helpful young lady explained procedure and advised we would receive details of test the following day they arrived by e mail the following morning so very pleased would use again

Charming and helpful lady at the collection point in Bristol. Results came through at 8.30am the next day. Very impressed.

Results back promptly
Reasonably easy to set up accounts and profiles. Just took a while to look at all testing options available and decide which was suitable for us. Testing pod was about 15 mins from home and easy to find. The gentleman at the testing pod was very friendly and helpful and guided us through the process. We did the tests about 11.30 and the results were back At 8.00 the following day.
