Late late late. I received the results 24 hours after my planned departure day. Not really delivered what it says on the tin.

Excellent service, Booked and Purchased a fit to fly pcr (observed)test at site at Southend Airport. Very quick and easy. Results received about 10 hrs later.

I did initially find the website a bit confusing.However the telephone support talked me through it. Took son for test at 3pm and had results back by 10 am the next morning.

The price of the Fit - to - Fly PCR test was reasonable, and the test was completed in a timely fashion.

Thank you for such a reliable well organised service. Trying to get a PCR to date stamp when you are positive for covid with enough time left to be able to fly is very stressful. Excellent service and lovely customer service also.

Excellent service. Easy process and our test results were back in just over 12 hours from the time of our PCR test.

Quite efficient but needs improvement in the process, steps are not very clear rather confusing. Process should be simple enough to be managed by a person with limited computer skills.

Posted my pcr sample to this lab on monday morning as company advertises itself as operating 24/7. Had a flight to catch the following day on Monday at 3pm. Results never sent on time, called them and was told sample can take 2 days to reach them. Surpringly this was sent via the so called "priority mailbox ". Got my results on day 4, 2 days after arriving at destination !! So ofcourse I was forced to pay for another more expensive express pcr test at airport, by a different company and those results were sent within 1.5hours. I thank God I had arrived early at the airport although it did cause me a lot of anxiety. Would never use prenetics again. When I called them from airport to request a refund they refused. And it also turns out despite claiming 24/7 service, the samples are not collected on a Sunday. So not practical at all as check in requires test done not more than 72hours prior to flying For pcr testing. Deleting my account with them.very disappointed with service

It should have been good, quick result but the time when specimen was taken was incorrect. I have to make few calls to have it amended. The first one I have spoken to was not very reassuring, but Thina was good and sorted it all out for me. Thank you

Results came in email in a timely fashion

Efficient service with clear instructions. I posted Saturday morning and received results on Tuesday morning, which is the slowest service I have had form this company. I have used several times, and please to see that this time the instructions were clearly written on paper and enclosed with the package. I did not see the instruction not to eat or drink for 30 min before testing on the paper instruction - perhaps I missed it, if not it would be helpful to add this.
