Efficient service
The test kit arrived quickly and was easy to use. The test results arrived quickly too, after I returned the test. I did seek some advice over the phone because I was returning the test over a bank holiday weekend, and the customer agent was very helpful. I’ve taken a mark off because the instructions to register on line were a bit fiddly.

Staff been very helpful
Staff been very helpful, attended to my queries promptly. Was not happy though with the result of my test on the form, for the time of my specimen collection was not the same time when I took it. It was good that it got through with the airline.

I checked all the pod opening times…
I checked all the pod opening times close to me before I purchased my test and there was no mention about bank holiday opening times. When I activated the test it then told me the bank holiday opening times and all the local pods to me were closed. You cannot activate the test before taking the test and I ended up having to drive for over 3 hrs to drop the test off at an open pod to ensure I got the test back before I flew abroad. Also the staff on the contact number were all very rude and unhelpful.

The test did not come through in time for my holiday. I discovered the test was 'lost in the post' less than 2 hrs before I had to leave home
