Based on advertised timelines
Based on advertised timelines, 24 hr recorded delivery from a priority postbox followed by 24hr turnaround. The result was 9 hrs late which would have resulted in a missed flight. When called to follow up test progress an anticipated result delivery time of > 72hrs from time of sampling was estimated.

Superfast result!!
Had the travel covid test on Friday at 1pm, got my result on Saturday morning 4am by email, I'm so pleased with the quick turnaround and service. Highly recommended!!!!

Booked our PCR tests with Prenetics
Booked our PCR tests with Prenetics. We opted for the observed test at a pod. The whole process was efficient with clear instructions of where to find the pod, take the observed sample and we were notified of the result 13 hours later with a certificate to upload on our health declaration. We definitely use their services again .

No member of staff
We had an appointment at 0800 on the 1st of April at the Homebase Sheffield pod. We arrived 15 minutes beforehand as advised but no one was in attendance.
Another customer who also had a 0800 appointment called the number to find out where the member of staff was.
It wasn’t until 0845 that someone arrived. We all had work commitments which is why we booked the 0800. We were disappointed with this experience.

Customer care was excellent
I love the customer care, but disappointed with the on-site person as I don’t believe they were experienced for the job. My first test for my daughter was invalid but second one came as good as it was fast tracked when I called customer care. I was lucky for carrying out the fit to fly test well ahead so I got the buffer time for recollection of sample.
