Wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.
The website and communication feels professional and friendly, as a customer I feel like I am important, but not in the fake "Have a nice day American way" but in the care taken to provide good products at fair prices with great service. I also feel that if there was any problem, the company would do their utmost to help, unlike many bigger online retailers that ignore the people that keep them in a job.
Ordered Tuesday, arrived Wednesday, can't get better service.
Well done, my first order but not my last.

Best customer service!
I had to exchange a shirt, and they mailed a new shirt to me before they’d received the one I needed to return in good faith. They have great gear, and I’m especially impressed with their service. Thank you!

Hi Nigel
Thanks for the review.
Certainly understand the frustration in the delay in receiving your order due to COVID-19.
The Royal Mail has recently made great strides in increasing the available air capacity for freight, so hopefully, your next order won't take anywhere near this amount of time.
Kind Regards
Andy

Excellent service- great product
Excellent service- great product. Lockdown ensured my purchases took a long time to arrive- but that was the fault of the post office as items sent out promptly. Andy at Prendas Ciclismo was prepared to replace items if they didn’t arrive and he was extremely helpful. Thankfully, they did eventually turn up and they are great.
I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them again.
