Prendas Ciclismo Omdömen

I rarely leave reviews but the incredible quality of service that I received from this shop left me no choice! The speed of communication was second to none and once we’d sorted out which part I needed they shipped it out in record time arriving so fast! I could not be happier and will definitely be using them more often!

Great product, at a great price, delivered promptly, very helpful when I phoned with a query.
Prompt excellent service and product value.

Needed some information on an item & sent in a query: got a reply (on the weekend!) and then a follow up on the Monday with exactly the info needed. Ordered item and it arrived within 48 hours….top service all round & very recommended👍

I was impressed by the range of accessories available at this store, and the ones I purchased fit my bicycle perfectly.....Highly recommend, this is the only shop you need for cycling gear.

The hat is a classic, so when you get it, you want it without fault or redress. When it came,
it was as advertised. Put simply perfecto for cyclismo riding.

Very good quality items and excellent customer service. Highly recommend, this is the only shop you need for cycling gear

I would highly recommend this company to everyone. I emailed late at night to check when the top would arrive and immediately got a response from James. Then James checked that I had received the top and that it was the right size.
Really impressed.
Thank you James

These guys have never let me down ever.

I'm a repeat Prendas customer, I've made many purchases over the past 15 months and have 100% satisfaction with the products, shipping and service.

Intransparent delivery and exchange policy.
Ended up paying basically twice for a wrongly delivered product.
Avoid at all costs.

Purchased a gelati sanson/campagnolo
Green retro short sleeve Jersey midday
Received next day. great service .
The shirt looked very good in the pictures
On the Web and in real life it looks even
Better the quality is excellent.

Great website for cycling apparel, I ordered a few cycling caps for my husband and he loved them. Great selection

Excellent product selection. Easy to use and understand website. Product quality also excellent. All round good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again; fantastic 🙌

Great range and good large size selection. The customer service was also second to none.

From the moment I ordered my bicycle from this store, I was impressed by the swift delivery and the exceptional quality of the bike. The complete accessories available allowed me to hit the trails with confidence, knowing I had everything I needed.

When the parcel containing my books got lost by British Mail, the guys from Prendas helped me retrieve it. They were very considerate and even considered sending me some new books for free.

Disappointed. Bought a cycling cap from their cotton cycling cap section as I have previously but thos one turned out to be 100% polyester. Very disappointing

Despite only having bought a couple of hats from these guys, when I phoned about a slight sizing issue, the call was answered promptly, a new hat was issued and they even popped a treat in with it for my trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again; fantastic 🙌
