LOVE Premier products! Products usually come nicely packaged but recently received a skin cream that arrived opened and when I reached out to customer service Stephanie was quick to resolve the issue by shipping me a new product. She was responsive and polite. Highly recommend this product line - quality products and great customer service!

I can't thank the team at Premier USA enough for their customer service and incredible products. As a native born Californian, I do not believe one needs to lose beauty with aging. Premier Dead Sea Skin Care products effectively help me accomplish my goal to age gracefully. Thank you again.

Very disappointed in the product the service was very pushy I have tried to contact the company and the manager to get a refund after I saw articles stating how this was a scam and how many of the Israeli workers are here without proper documentation. The eye product cracks and becomes flaky after a few hours you're unable to wear makeup. The face mask does not really work. The products are overpriced it's cheaper online.This is a total scam I told the salesmen several times I did not want the products and he kept pushing.

I just bought this product up to $800 but my skin is really sensitive and it make my skin more worst. I had ask the sellers before I bought it. But she said it will good to for my skin and if it not I can return it. When I use it, it not work at all and I felt my skin itchy. So I ask for return and she said I cannot return she just apply for exchange.

Why I only rate one star is due to your staff is too pushy for me and make me feel so uncomfortable! I understand that as a retail u must really need to push up your sales and that’s was my horrible experience ever after I purchase $300plus for the items! This is my first time to write a bad comment,I hope u note down!I just wanted to buy the earpiece adapter @ nex mall . Well, there’s your staff pass me a sample and invite me to the shop and see your promotion products when I was pass by. Ok, there’s one things I need to inform u is that u train your staff very well due to the product knowledge but it doesn’t mean u can hard sell on me that because I don’t reject very directly!!! But I did reject about 4 times and your staff still pushing the stuffs on me with a black face ! I didn’t interest on the items she promoted ! This is really a bad service I’d ever seen !! Could you just inform your staff that try to see what customer body language? Some more I was polite than your staff 🙂
After that I’ve been reject a few times until the manager approached me (Carmen). Well , I would like to thanks her for the good service. She trying to explain for me and not so pushing. End up I brought from her not only because on your product but also on her attitude and good service! She trying to give me the discount which I very appreciate! Well to know that u have a good staff. I hope I really can see the improvement after using your product. And I only want to inform that not all the customers can spend so much that I did told your staff I can’t cover because it’s expensive to me.

I want to thank Stephanie for being so thoughtful in replacing my damaged order. Not only did she replace the 2 broken cleansers but she also replaced my whole order of 9 creams + 1 extra and 1 cleanser + 1 extra. These were all wrapped in a beautiful box with a pink ribbon like they used to do plus 1 little box with little gifts. These 2 boxes were out in an outer box so they won’t get damaged. I was so excited when I opened the boxes because it’s like receiving a beautiful gift. Thank you so much Stephanie for taking the time to look after your customer. I’ll always remember this and will pass on this kindness to others when talking about service and products of Premier Dead Sea. You are blessed to have a thoughtful employee like Stephanie.

I made order and payed, no order email arrived although the money were taken from the card. I contacted them through mail and contact form but got no response

I ordered a foundation which turned out to be too light for my skin. I contacted Premier and Stephanie replaced it with the perfect shade without asking me to return the lighter one. My daughter, who does have lighter skin, is now using the first foundation and has become a Premier fan herself. Stephanie is the best. My experience with her could not have been better.

Horrible, I had requested a refund, for a product from a mall. However due to the circumstances, they refused my request 2 DAYS after purchases because of covid19. And I understand that, of course, however telling me that every store was unable to do returns was weird. Because I also worked at that mall and everyone was extending returns. No one had told me, and also it said on the receipt I had 14 DAYS to return it. I felt ridiculed, and feeling embarrassed I emailed customer service. JUST TO END UP being on hold every time they called, or I tried to call back. I understand that during these times, it is busy and difficult. But seriously? And then they called me at work, telling me that it was difficult to reach me WHEN I EMAILED THEM asking when would be a good time to call. And then they proceeded telling me, they would never have done that to me it was probably a misunderstanding and that I should call the manager. They gave me an excuse that they were busy...WHAT? YOU ARE CALLING ME AT work? When I even asked you guys when I can reach you at a good time. Well they gave me another number, and I was like are you fr? I was lowkey mad, especially since they didn’t talk about any return or refund. And it wasn’t even much, compared to the other products. Look, I was tired of it and said thanks. However customer service just hanged up on me. Like... I just want a refund... and I’ve called u three times only to get back another phone number. So I call the manager of the store and GUESS WHAT? SHE DIDNT PICK UP!?!? This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had!

Stephanie responded very quickly to my concern over being charged for a free item. She politely stated it was likely a website issue but I know it might have been my mistake. Anyway a credit was issued promptly and I am very pleased with the customer service.

I was another person drawn in at the mall by a fast talker. What he showed me cost $600. Then it dropped to $250 with a free mask product thrown in. It got the eye serum with the mask. He made it sound like the eye serum would last a long time but it for only for about an hour or two. The scrub is nothing special. I don't feel as if it is worth all the money they charge. Since I was disappointed I felt ripped off. Do your home work first. There are allot of products out there and none are miracles.

Yesterday we were scammed by team in University Mall, Sarasota FL. My husband got lured in whilst waiting for me to come out of another shop, had cream patted on his eye area that really worked wonders (well, for 8 hours, and great but there are other products that do just the same), but sadly we were them somehow bamboozled (no better word) into spending $200 on what turned out to be available on line for $29.99 - no chance to really see the item as the talk was pushy and never stopped for a second. The tube has no size stated on it, but what looks like the same one on the internet says 15ml, 0.5oz. I feel so stupid! In no time we were busked of for a special deal no charge consultation in a 'spa' in the mall, just a lot of very cheap frontage and given another hard sell on facials and make up treatments, cost only $15k but for this one day special promotion $7500, then when I said I wouldn't spend that amount without thinking about it first, it was suddenly reduced to $3500!!! if I would pay immediately. Thank goodness we got our marbles back in time to walk out whilst she stopped talking for half a second to drink her coffee. I beg of anyone reading this, please don't get drawn in!

The previous reviews have made several excellent points. The biggest is price. While the product's are good, the prices vary wildly. I spent upwards of $200+ over the last several months, when at best alot of the products are significantly cheaper on places like Amazon. Now the previous responses, state that the only authorized dealers are themselves. Thats all well and good, until their own prices vary between themselves. For example, I bought the Dead Sea Salt Scrub for about $75 which in Amazon is $40 with free shipping. This in no way means it is a bad product, but it does make it unnecessarily expensive to repeatedly buy. In terms of quantity, I would say it is successful in that aspect. Overall, I would rate the products 5 out of 5, but execution and prices 1 out of 5.
