I expected this to be overhyped honestly, but the products worked well for me. My skin feels-softer, more hydrated , and overall healthier- looking.

The peeling gel is one of the few skincare products where i saw an immediate difference. skin looked brighter and smother after the first use, and continued improving over time.

The products are definitely premium skincare, but the quality feels premium too. I noticed a real improvement in hydration and overall skin texture after consistent use.

I was served by Galuh Mega who assisted me and helped me replace my faulty product quickly and efficiently and I look forward to receiving my new device as I find the nuna device really helped my skins appearance before it stopped working. Thank you for the quick service.

I love every products that I have tried from this company. I also find that the quality of customer service to be top notch, I had a leak with my foundation and Galuh Mega from customer service was quick and efficient, polite and kind to answer me and send me a new bottle.

I was trusted when I explained and documented with fotos the damage that had happened with part of the products. The products was replaced. I have been a customer for decades and this is the third time I have experienced problems, every time it has been solved in an excellent way.

I bought my product on a Buy One Get One Free sale. I did not receive my second item and contacted the company via email. They responded saying they would look into it. Never heard back and never received my second item like I was supposed to. Very disappointed!

This company is absolutely a scam!! I bought $4500 in products, and then returned half of it. The salesman said he would refund that but NEVER did after many many attempts to contact him. They also never sent a receipt for anything which made it impossible to dispute with the credit card company. I also found out later that these companies are KNOWN for having a minimum price to sell items for and then they just make up a number after that because they get to keep the profit. The products do not even do anything and are a complete waste of money.

Edit and Update as of May 2026: Avologi responded to this review to sound like they were actually going to do something about the issue. However, they never actually reached out to me, I had to reach out to them. And their response to me was that they could not do anything. DO not trust or buy from this company!!
