Beware! This company is a Chinese commie front for various fake internet sites. One is called "COMFY MOCCASIN" They will take your money AND YOU WILL GET A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER AND NO PRODUCT!

Sent a package, and the receiver put it here as a pick up point. It was delivered but when they went to pick it up they claimed they didn't have it. After speaking with UPS, it was discovered that they were suspended as an pick-up point but were still taking in packages.

They've obviously either kept it or given it out carelessly

They advertise easy returns but in actually, they keep your money and expect you to just shrug your shoulders and eat the loss when you try to return the item. They make it very difficult so that you just give up. The certainly do not live up to the idea of trust and give the word trust a bad name. I wish there were other ways of getting this out to the public in a more obvious way.

If minus options were available it would be an extremely low minus. Was informed my package had been delivered there 3.08pm on Wednesday 10th Dec, went to collect Friday morning 12th Dec and extremely rude obnoxious (female) assistant informed me not got your package, waved a floppy parcel in my face saying this all I got for deliveries today and it not yours! I asked if she could track on system for me as it showing on my Royal Mail tracking as being delivered to that address. She continued to be rude and unhelpful stating she not have a tracking system in place! Why then is this store being used as an approved collection point! Cannot recommend except to say I recommend people choose anywhere else for their nominated collection point. DO NOT USE IS MY ADVICE

Informed of delivery to local Stocksfield Village premier store nearby at about 12pm on Friday. Went to collect this morning and the system they use for parcels looked absolutely chaotic. Big pile of parcels dumped on a low shelf in no particular order, from various courier companies. Guy behind counter had to go through every one and said he couldn’t find it. Not asked for any tracking numbers or transaction orders, just the name of the recipient. He was a bit flustered, and so I Offered to go through them myself as he was not doing it very thoroughly, all very haphazard. So was told come back tomorrow morning, another 7 mile round trip and an intrusion into a working day. Have tried to complain to UPS but they don’t seem to have this option on their website for a parcel recipient. So have to complain to Playmobil the sender. I really don’t think any parcel sender should use this village store as they clearly employ staff who have t a clue how the system works- or maybe this is ups problem. I don’t think I’ll ever buy anything again from a firm who either use ups or this store as part of the logistics, life is just too short

This is a bait and switch scam. They advertised linen sheets charged 100.00 and sent crappy nylon sheets. They refuse to refund and require me to return to China at the same cost as the product so I’d be out 200.00. They are cheats and liars. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING the problem is they change their names and set up scam sites and take them down quickly-all operating under Premier Trust- this should be illegal IMO

They are not honest. You have to pay any returning to china. I ordered 3 sets of pijamas and they want you to pay the or the return which cost me almost 70 Dollars. Please avoid problems buying from them. You can order the same thing at Temu same quality.

Liscard, Wallasey Premier store.

Just been part of THE worst shopping experience I’ve ever had in my entire life in this store! I’m an upstanding semi regular customer in this premier branch in Liscard as it’s a local shop and I’ve been shopping here on and off for the last few years! I walked in around 6pm maybe just after and there was a woman in the chocolate/drinks aisle who was up to no good and trying to steal a drink. Never see her before in my life nor do I have any idea as to who she is!

Luckily the staff saw this and rightfully took action against that same woman removing the drink from her person and told her to get out. However a few seconds later they then told ME to F off (and it was in those words) and get out the shop!…..

I was utterly bewildered and in shock! Not just because of the way I was talked to by an employee of that shop but the wild accusation that was made towards my direction! I just want to make this clear, I’ve NEVER been accused of stealing anything in my entire life nor has it ever crossed my mind in any store I’ve ever been in! I’m an upstanding guy who has a job, works in business for a very reputable company and is someone who has never even committed a crime, let alone wanting to steal something as menial as a chocolate bar! To any premier employee reading this, kindly check the CCTV 10/11/25 around 6pm onwards! There is NOT ONCE where I walk into the store and even attempt to conceal a product. I was literally just perusing and shopping as any normal person does, looking to see what confectionery I was wanting to buy! There was NO shady actions, there was NO attempts at trying to steal anything, and there was NO affiliation between me and this wrong doer who actually WAS trying to steal something!

If the franchisee or any senior manager of this particular branch is reading this review I would kindly request you to properly review the CCTV footage, and then I would like a formal apology issued to me for these quite frankly unbelievable baseless actions made by your staff towards me. As for any future visits to this store, I will never be shopping here again as long as I live and I will be spreading the word to neighbours and friends alike!

A great shop that stocks absolutely everything that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed shopping in over the years ruined by a horrendously wrong accusation from staff members!

For the attention of customers and trading standards . There is two premier stores in Stockton on tees , one in Newtown and one yarn lane both removing the sell by dates from the bottom of their out of date alcohol by nearly a year , dates completely buffered out . Carl’s berg also been notified, these people aren’t fit to run businesses in this country , quicker their shut down the better

I went inside this establishment, i was rudely greeted at the door by a woman who spat in my face. She then proceeded to put an extra small durex full feeling used condom. Then when i went to buy my groceries this woman was fingering her self on the oranges

Premier Stores at Bowmont Square in Bicester is an excellent store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good products at good prices - the Coffee and Walnut cake is addictive !! The cold room for beers and wines is an excellent idea - I use it for Kingfisher for with curries and Katy cider with anything else - already chilled so you can just purchase a bottle straight for the table. The shop is also handy for dropping off Royal Mail parcels. Definitely would recommend a visit.

Rhymney, South Wales branch, process on the shelves lower than what you're charged at the till. When I complained the shop keeper was rude and unhelpful.
Well never so here again.

My card got blocked by the card reader TWICE and it’s honestly a terrible shop… I do not reccomend coming here if u don’t want your card tk be blocked

Strathmartine Road Hilltown Dundee, owner of shop with his van hit my sisters small car, At first tried to deny, then with evidence says ok he’would address. 12 weeks later tried again to say no not me, The says his jam mechanic , Didn’t need a mechanic, Now in hands of police and solicitors,

Names for people like this, Think they are above the law Think they can do what they want Pillars of the community)

Very rude man who runs the shop and serves customers does nothing for premier chain. Has been like this since he took it over would not recommend.

The Kingsclere store is horrible! Don't bother going. The Costcutter is far better and is just around the corner. Had a horrible experience in there trying to collect a UPS parcel. Had proof of ID and email with tracking info and they were trying to say I had to call UPS customer services for a code to scan. Well, I'm sorry but NO I do not want to waste my time trying to do that. So I stood firm and eventually the server called the manager who allowed me to take MY parcel! They treat you like a criminal in there. Disgusting way to treat customers. What did we do before codes? A bit of common sense and customer service wouldn't go amiss.

To pay by card you need to spend a minimum of £5

Don't bother going in the Millbrook store near the towers there rude and nasty ..chucking things at customers and swearing her names Julie you should be sacked .. absolutely disgusting..and as for the manager not wanting to discuss it ..your not that good either so I will take it higher

Fridges never on so warm drinks also been sold gone off milk shakes plus cheese and cleanliness is 20 out 100 so never visiting again even though it's my closest shop I'm disgusted 😒 so u know it's Vauxhall street in Norwich NR2

Didn’t receive much help when I went to collect a parcel in Inverurie. DHL told me it was ready for collection, I went to the shop and the parcel was there with my name and address on it . They did not let me have it as their machine didn’t accept the DHL code . I let them see my DHL emails and the messages online. I just thought they could have been more helpful. I had the option of choosing a different collection store but as they are new I wanted to give them some trade . I won’t be doing that again though.
