Bought a few things from the premier Lesmurdie, Elgin by delivery and 5 of my items were all wrong. Not 1 but 5! (Including a loaf of bread that was squashed to the size of a pancake due to a 2 litre bottle of juice sitting on top of it). When I phoned to discuss this I was told put the items into a bag and it will be swapped by the right ones. There was no apology given! P.s. Still waiting for my items 1 hour later 😏

Absolutley inappropriate treatment from staff in Adams Avenue shop Saltcoats. Im disabled and use a service dog for my safety. I was refused entry for a jug of milk because of my service dog. I was asked to disclose my disabilities. I asked the staff member if he was aware of the Equality Act 2010, he said no he did not know about that. Shocking that a shop selling alcohol are failing to train staff on the legal basics. I have already reached out to premier stores customer relations, and reached out to the owner of the store a few days ago. I await a response. If I get no response I will escalate this further because its unacceptable and illegal. Assistance dogs are protected medical equiptment.

I just went to get a drink from a shop in sarn GK superstore and there was a price displayed 1.60. Went to the till and charged me 2.80. I said you can’t charge me more than what is displayed and she won’t let me have it for the price it says. So I put all my stuff back. This is not how you operate a store telling a customer they are wrong when I have a photo clearly stating the price on the shelf. So for the false advertising of your prices I am now abandoning your stores.

Missing parcel despite Royal Mail confirming delivery. Rude fella behind the counter. Never using this place as a collection point again. Now have the hassle of trying to get a refund from the sender. NEVER AGAIN !! COTTENHAM STORE IN CAMBRIDGE

Zero stars review Woodhall Pudsey post office within a Premier Shop. Not just about fraud but also anti money laundering in the UK.

A notice up about exchanging notes, money this regarding the potential fraud however there are anti money laundering rules in the UK so not just about fraud.

Especially when there aren't many banks around these days.

If an app is not working then not all buses accept notes. Technically is good but not great when it goes down.

Especially as the shop was mean't to be open from 7am on a Saturday when I got to the shop at 730am it was in dark and closed up. The door was locked, A complaint has gone in about the female that works are the store as she claimed yes it was open but basically refused to open up the door it's self. Called up the store regarding it she put the phone down on me when I stated a complaint was going in.

Premier Store, Foundry Lane, Southampton.
I went to this store to collect an Inpost parcel. When I went to the counter the staff member was talking on his phone and he completely ignored me for a few minutes. When I told him I had a parcel to collect, he just kept telling me I needed a QR code for him to scan which I didn’t have. I told him I had a 6 digit code but he just wasn’t listening to me. Another customer came to the counter and he told me to move aside whilst he served them. He then continued to tell me I needed a QR code but eventually he listened to what I had to say, used the 6 digit code I had and I got my parcel.
He was very rude from start to finish and I will never use this shop again.

While the shop itself is a welcome local convenience, it is disappointing that there appears to be little responsibility taken for the litter generated by customers. Packaging and other rubbish frequently accumulates on the pavements and road, often extending well beyond the immediate frontage of the premises.
When this issue was raised, the response given was that litter is "the council's responsibility." While the council does have a role in street cleansing, businesses also have an opportunity to be good neighbours by carrying out a brief litter pick around their premises, particularly after busy periods such as the school run. A few minutes each day would make a significant difference to the surrounding area.
It is also concerning that wooden pallets and other waste materials are sometimes left outside the premises, creating an untidy appearance and potentially presenting a fire risk if left for extended periods.
Since the installation of the InPost locker and cashpoint, traffic and parking issues have also increased. Vehicles regularly park on dropped kerbs, obstructing residents' access to and from their properties in an effort to park as close to the shop as possible. In addition, delivery vehicles have caused disturbance, including early morning collections where vehicles have mounted the kerb and played loud music.
Local businesses are an important part of the community, and with a little more consideration for the surrounding environment and neighbouring residents, many of these issues could be significantly improved. Please sort it out !

After a few positive visits at Barassie Premier shop in Troon, as I had initially exclusively contact with male staff, I had a misfortune to be served twice by belligerent middle-aged, wee female. Every exchange with her spirals towards confrontation and the poor woman is bend as hell to prove her right for existence by making you suffer:) In my case, as I used that shop as an eBay collection point, she decided to return to sender every my parcel she got her hands on just to annoy me. I can see now for myself after few readings here, that the problem with quality of Premier services is spread across country. Surely it must have to do something with company employment policy and their HR department. Please visit the store, see for yourself, have a word and have a fun.

Always dirty and stinks.food always out of date or next day. Someone needs to check stores regulary, instead of leaving them to do what they want. Also always give wrong change 'accidentily'

Went in the top of Downham branch bought a couple of ítems and was short changed went in to complain the staff who server me was very rude do not use them please

Dropped my driving license in my bag and had a bunch of stuff in there so was rearranging my bag in the aisle whilst having a member of staff behind me. Get to the till and I already knew what was going to happen despite having a staff member peering behind my back and they could clearly see what I was doing. Then asked if there is anything else in my bag and it’s just a bunch of old wrappers. No apology offered and manager phoned to apologise but sounded like she didn’t care if I’m being honest. This will no longer be mine or my families local store. Don’t rearrange your bag in there that’s for sure😂

I got myself a flavoured water and a pack of fridge raiders and last time I spent £3.10 but the next day I spend £3.34 and a staff said is he your daddy because my dad was infront of me before I payed for myself! 21/07/2026 and 20/07/2026 at Premier Stores

ALWAYS on her phone. Multiple times told me the evri machine is not working the last time I went in there she said it again.
I still went to it and it printed my label perfectly fine.
No longer go there .
Very rude and a liar .
Her phone is literally glued to her ear.
I have never gone in there and her not being on the phone.
Never go in there now.
Also very unhelpful.

Went to pick up a parcel from amazon.
I was served by a man behind the counter whose customer service skills were the rudest, most sexist and racist i have ever come across.
Made me feel very uncomfortable.
Avoid this store and man.
If you search for the store on GOV.UK his name is listed as the director.
Also the amount of vapes on display at the front of the counter boxes on top of boxes has been reported to trading standards.

My experience at Acorn Convenience Store & Garage (Premier, Cambridge Road, Little Abington, CB21 6BN) on the evening of Friday 19th June 2026 was so shocking that I feel I must warn others.

This was my first and definitely my last visit. I stopped by to buy fuel after collecting my daughter from school. Inside the shop, I picked up two Peperami products from the shelf – one red pack and one green pack – and went straight to the counter within seconds.

Without any warning, the staff member (who gave his name as "Matt Smith") held up one of the items and accused me of damaging the packaging. He claimed I had "ruined the pack" and demanded that I pay for both items. I explained that I had not damaged anything and had simply taken the products as they were on the shelf. I suggested he check the CCTV, which would have shown I had only just entered the shop. He flatly refused, saying he "didn't have time".

Despite my repeated attempts to reason with him, he openly admitted he was "presuming" I was at fault – purely because I had brought the item to the counter. No evidence, no CCTV check, just a baseless accusation.

Feeling humiliated and upset, I left the Peperami behind and paid only for my fuel. However, after returning to my car, I felt so offended and unfairly treated that I went back into the shop to ask for his name so I could make a formal complaint. He gave his name, but when I calmly explained that it was unreasonable to accuse a customer without proof, he became aggressive, shouted at me, and told me f word off.

I left the shop feeling distressed, insulted, and deeply concerned. The hostility, the refusal to listen, and the immediate presumption of guilt were completely uncalled for.

This kind of behaviour is simply unacceptable. No customer should be accused without evidence, spoken to abusively, or made to feel discriminated against. I have already submitted a formal complaint to the company.

Avoid this place unless you want to risk being publicly humiliated for absolutely no reason.

I went in to collect an amazon order showed him the qr code on my phone which was snatched from my hand.he the asked for ID, then he decided for some reason to get the hump and throw my driving licence across the counter at me. He started shouting and saying I've got a typical ENGLISH ATTITUDE.
This man should either book a customer relations course or get out of the retail business all together.
He was also shouting at me saying " do you think I earn anything taking in parcels for amazon?"
Like i say Racist with an attitude problem.
