The owner of this shop is an absolute rude racist
I went in to collect an amazon order showed him the qr code on my phone which was snatched from my hand.he the asked for ID, then he decided for some reason to get the hump and throw my driving licence across the counter at me. He started shouting and saying I've got a typical ENGLISH ATTITUDE.
This man should either book a customer relations course or get out of the retail business all together.
He was also shouting at me saying " do you think I earn anything taking in parcels for amazon?"
Like i say Racist with an attitude problem.
Will i go there again. NO

This is the worse shop in bristol, concord drive, right by a school , they have been caught selling energy drinks to children, how disgusting is this shop?

What is the point in installing a ramp if the people who need to use the ramp can't get around the shop? You do realise that you legally have to have enough room for a wheelchair, right? And why do the staff insist on blocking the pavement with deliveries, forcing me to use the road to get by? You put me in physical danger and then refuse to allow me to use your shop.

There is be always a problem whenever I have to collect or drop off a parcel. They deny receiving it after the app says it's there or they'll say they don't take drop offs when the courier service states it does. On one occasion, I collected a package that was just left in a pile on the shop floor.

Premier Stores in Glynneath regularly sell over 18 products to underage children. A very unethically run shop, run by a guy who clearly ONLY cares about making the sale. Not good people.

Very clueless rude man - premier store 93 wootton road kings lynn.
Went to collect a relay parcel less than 24hrs after it had been delivered to the shop. “Apparently” its been returned to sender even though on relay and vinted still showing at the shop.
He was rude about relay too and couldnt care less about how long he was supposed to keep the parcels there.

They is a guy their i dont know what nationality he is very rude. I would say i think he need some education around consumer service. First he cannot speak proper english and secondly very rude with serving custumer. I wish i can avoid this shop

Staff were very helpful especially the manager went out her way to us help check in and enjoy our stay

A lot of these reviews are purposely negative, even a total idiot knows why and its nothing to do with the running of the shops, anyhow, Singh's Premier on Teynham Road in Sheffield and all the ones run by the same family are incredible well run, in fact they are more like local hubs, expertly run and impeccably clean with a great selection of products and a brilliant delivery service, fantastic stuff.

Whats the point in these store having an Evri service if they refuse to take the parcel? Was told to refer back to the evri website for size measurements - Its well within the size and weight limit and Premier Broughton in MK are refusing to take it. Absolute joke

Westoning, Bedfordshire Postoffice. No stars! Absolutely appalling behaviour towards customers. The male postmaster exceedingly rude when I pointed out an honest mistake. The problem was he never even apologised and every time I went in he kept bringing it up and patronizing me. I will never go back again.

I would give this a zero star if possible. Owner acts like he knows more than everyone. Sells out of date products. Makes prices up as he goes alone to pinch pennies out of people. Avoid at all costs. Not a nice human being.

I just went in for some chocolate sauce. They were out of stock again. I’m on the spectrum. I have autism so I don’t ask for restock as I don’t want to be rude. I’ve gone to this shop for years. This employee accused me of stealing as I had walked in twice to see if they had restocked the chocolate sauce within a week. I tried to explain myself in a polite tone and he was raising his voice telling me to never come in again. I’ve been warned by other women in the area of one particular employee being rude to women. It’s definitely a sexist ego trip and it’s disgusting that the shop allows this person to talk to autistic women simply looking to see if they restocked an item. He thought because im not aggressive that he felt comfortable enough to be threatening and confrontational. Vile. Glad I won’t be returning after I had a panic attack down the street.

Incredible rude staff! 3rd Iv used it 3rd time they are very rude. You ask for any help and the replies are shocking! Would not recommend in anyway and believe someone from the trading standers should look into them being there. Go sell where and use someone who is helpful and wanting to help regarding there shoppers.

I went to Bull Lane Stores in Rayleigh and was served by Rahul.
His customer service is absolutely outstanding and he always greets and says farewell to his customers in such a happy and polite way.
We always look forward to him working there as he brightens up your day!

Excellent local store for Yodel parcel drops! I visit Premier - Star Supermarket on Reeds Hill frequently to drop off parcels, and the service is top-notch every time. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful, and they even have a print-in-store facility which is a life-saver. Open until 9 PM, so it's super convenient. Highly recommend!

Awful customer service. Went to collect a very parcel. Was told they only give parcels out after 4pm. Shocking.
