2 months and still waiting.
I got my text saying the professional would be over 10-20 April. No show.
I got another text 13th May telling me to expect them tomorrow. I then got another text saying the route had been changed so they were unable to come.
I write this on 15th June. 2 months later than originally planned. Still waiting.

To clarify, you initially signed up on 01/04 and were advised that your first clean would be scheduled for the week commencing 27/04. We understand this didn’t work for you as you mentioned you were going on holiday, so that visit was cancelled at your request.
We then rescheduled and attempted to attend on 14/05. On that visit, our technician reported that access wasn’t available as the gate was locked and there was no response at the property.
We completely appreciate how the timing and communication here may have been frustrating, and we’d really like the opportunity to get this resolved for you. Please feel free to contact our customer service team directly so we can arrange a suitable date and ensure access is confirmed in advance.

My windows have been cleaned by Preen and Clean for the first time. I could not be happier with the results. Everything is gleaming. I cannot recommend them highly enough. At last I have a first class window cleaner. I am so glad I have found them.

Hi Phil, We’re sorry to see your review, though we do completely understand your concerns. Unfortunately, as noted, some of the windows at your property are not safely accessible using our equipment. Reaching them would have required climbing onto a roof or fence, which we are unable to do due to strict safety regulations.
Our technician cleaned all the windows that were safely accessible and completed those to our usual high standard. We also adjusted the charge to reflect that only a portion of the windows could be cleaned.
We appreciate that this may not have met your expectations, and we understand your decision to cancel moving forward given the accessibility limitations. If we had been aware of the layout and access challenges in advance, we would have advised accordingly before the visit.

Not too happy
They have been once and put scratches in our new windows, permanently damaging 2 panes.
They initially said they raised a damage report 2 weeks ago but have not been in contact since, and are now ignoring my attempts to contact them.
This is going to cost me £250 for 2 new windows. Not too happy.
Edit: Still 1 star I'm afraid. They have been out to assess the damage, only following me posting this review. They haven't been in contact with me directly, only through updating their response here, which has claimed they aren't responsible. The scratches weren't there when they arrived, and they were there when they left... And it seems I'm stuck with the bill.

Hi Matt, We’re sorry to hear you feel this way and appreciate you bringing your concerns to us.
We take all claims of damage extremely seriously, which is why we carried out a full review of the situation, including a site visit to your property. During this inspection, we found that the scratches in question were irregular in depth and direction, and notably, similar markings were also present on the inside of the glass.
Our cleaning system uses specialist equipment made from plastic, rubber and nylon bristles and materials specifically designed not to scratch glass. In the rare event that debris becomes lodged in a brush, it would typically leave consistent, uniform marks across the surface, which was not the case here.
Based on these findings, we concluded that the scratches were pre-existing and not caused by our service.
We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but we always aim to be transparent and fair in our assessments. For complete peace of mind, we are fully insured, and you are welcome to pursue the matter further through our insurers, who would carry out an independent review.
